Absolute terrible experience here last night. Let me start by saying, this is not my typical Wendy's location I normally go to. So after my daughter's practice tonight my family decided to stop by Wendy's on the way home to grab dinner. Making our way through the drive threw line was a task in its self lets just start their. After a long wait, and finally getting to the window all I hear are two females cussing and carrying on as well as being very loud and unprofessional. As I am being handed my order the woman at the window is telling me she "thinks that's everything, but she don't know". So after receiving my food I pull into a parking spot in front of the building to check my food and sure enough my daughter's Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger was missing. I then attempted to enter the store to get the burger, but the store was locked with no way of getting in. So I now had to sit in a 15min drive threw line so my order could be complete. Apon arriving home we found multiple issues with our food. Our fries we old and brown. Our chicken nuggets looked like they had been in the fryer multiple times, and were hard and gross. My daughter's Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger that we waited in the drive threw twice for, was just a bun, a burger patty, and cheese. Then my Pretzel Bacon Pub Classic Chicken Sandwich was totally wrong and definitely not what I ordered. It had a value chicken patty on it, it had American cheese, some sauce, and like a cupple crumbles of bacon. On top of it being made incorrectly it was over cooked and hard as a rock and after taking a bite I realized it was completely unetable. Read moreWent to Wendy's last night on 9/11/24. I wanted to use my app and they have a coupon that is advertised $3 off purchase of $15. I order bacon double classic combo with large diet coke and $7 bacon double biggie bag. I had the associate scan my QR code and asked her if it took the money off. She stated no and began to scan the app several times. I asked if she can get the manager (it is only $3 off and my total was $20.67). She was nice and polite and stated yes she could. The manager would not come out and I heard her tell the cashier "Just tell her the scanner is not working" but then proceeds to ask me if i had any other coupons :) (what difference would a different coupon make if your scanner is not working and accepting coupons) But I politely stated no and handed the associate $20 bill and used my debit card for the .67. I asked for my receipt and for whatever reason she was not able to provide the receipt. I am not going to argue or cause a scene because one i don't have my food and you just never know! I went and got my food and fries were nice and hot and the items in the biggie bag was good! The issue was my bacon double classic burger. The buns were burnt and not just regular burnt but burnt burnt. I was just really disappointed in the service I got and thought maybe they were trying to be funny but I don't know why bc i was nice and polite the entire time. Was not able to call the store as they didn't answer the phone and I believe they might have been closed. Was not able to eat the burger bc when you have a burnt bun that flavors casts on to the rest of the food and ended up throwing the burger away. Read moreI'm sorry to have such a poor review for this place. Wendy's as such used to be a "go to" for food to me. But not this one. We waited in line of the drive thru for 30 minutes to order and get our food. Our order wasn't large, just a salad, medium fries, a soft drink, and then we were supposed to get one of those small pro-mo frostees for free. The salad was pre-prepared, and so was what it was to be. The fries were done in rancid oil, burning your throat. The frostee came in the form of a drinkable milk-shake, and not free as per the pro-mo intent. The soda was fine. The real kicker was, when I pulled up to order,, I had to wait quite a while till a voice asked"What-d-ya want." Not, your professional , "May I help you or hello, may I take your order please?"When we got to the window, we could see the staff inside goofing around, leisurely eating, and tossing stuff at each other, instead of teaming together to serve. If it wasn't for the fact that they were behind the counter where staff is to be, I would have thought them to be some casual customer goofing around. Conduct and general appearance, was VERY unprofessional. I ended blowing my horn to get there attention, and get my food. When the flustered waiter open up the window to see "what I want", I kind of lost it and told them to "get to work and stop goofing around, there is a lineup of customers waiting for food." The response was "Huh?", then the window closed. If the management was present, it wasn't managing.
