Which Wich — Restaurant in Indiana

Poor customer service!! Ordered on the app at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, the app stated that the location was open. We chose a pickup time of 11:30 for two sandwiches. Almost the time to pick up the sandwiches, we received a call from the "Night Manager" stating that they are not even open until noon. I told him the app stated they were open at 11:00 and he says that he can't control the website supposedly which doesn't even make sense. He stated he went ahead and started to make our order but proceeded to tell us that they were out of steak and they will be out of steak for the next 3 days. I then change the order to roast beef with au jus only for him to tell me that they were also out of au jus. I asked for the order to be canceled for him to proceed to tell me that he couldn't cancel the order and I stated well I'm not going to pay for an order where you don't have what I want. He proceeded to tell us that we had to come up to their location to manually cancel the order because it was a web order! The worst customer service ever! If you don't have the product, pull it off of your app or online or call the corporate office to do it for you since apparently you weren't trained on how to do that! Then the manager should also be communicating with the corporate office if they don't have any control over their website, and let corporate know that the hours are listed wrong so they wouldn't get web orders when...

When I went to college there was a wich which on campus, and I have been searching for another establishment since. On the way home from Indianapolis, my fiance and I stumbled upon this one attached to a gas station. This one stood up to the stand alone establishment I frequented in college. The concept of this place is so cool and I love being able to order and customize my sandwich by filling out the order on the bag. We actually each got a milkshake as well, they handmade this with ice cream and strawberries right in front of us, mine was strawberry and my fiance's was Oreo and they were SO good. The sandwiches were so good too. I love that they toast the bread, meat and cheese. Literally...

To start with, The Which Wich in Florida allows me to substitute one meat for the other (allergies) on the wicked sub, not here. Secondly, the customer who came in and ordered after us got her sub before us. Then they forgot to cook or give us our fries that we paid for, so we had to go back in and while waiting for the fries to cook thinking about the hot sub getting cold in the car. I have eaten at a dozen different Which Wich locations and the subs are ALL made the same. Not this one. This Which Wich has to be privately owned. There is no other explanation. BECAUSE THEY CERTAINLY ARE NOT UP TO THE STANDARDS OF THE WHICH WICH...
