I’m only giving this a one star so I can leave a review. My husband and I received a gift card as a wedding gift. We could have chosen any restaurant at the casino but we decided to give the buffet a second chance. The first time we went was for my birthday in July. We left the buffet displeased after spending $50 for the both of us. Everything then was very bland. The best part of the meal then was the Mac and cheese. And then tonight as a late valentine’s dinner the food was very bland. But even worse it was cold. Nothing and I repeat nothing was hot. Not even the bqq ribs they literally put out 2 seconds prior. We paid with a gift card and didn’t have cash on us. We explained to the waitress that we didn’t think to stop at the bank to get cash. She was very understanding! We tried to give her the remaining balance on the gift card. She came back out and said she couldn’t take it. My husband and I were upset by that. We never not leave a tip for good service. Our server Lisa (I believe) was cheated for her hard work. Even after she knew she wasn’t getting a tip she stayed consistent. Taking out plates and getting refills. The best part of this meal was the service provided and my husband iced tea. So glad we didn’t spend our money a second...
Read moreThis had to be the WORST buffet and staff I have ever encountered!!!! To begin with we went to try buffet on seniors night. After we waited in line to pay and have dinner we were told we had to have club cards. I told them it said no where on web site I needed a card. But the cashiers thats the policy. I am handicapped but we then walked all the way to the other end to get a card. We then walked all the way back to buffet. I then had to drag out again my id to pay. At this point I asked for the manager and was told she was to busy to come and do her job. By this time I have been about 45 min. trying to have dinner. So I demanded to see her. When she showed up I was told that was your policy. I asked her to show me where that was stated on the web site which she was unable to do also. She was rude and just told me thats the way it is. This was our first and last visit. The food was cold and looked like it had been sitting for a long, long time. The roast beef was so tough we couldnt chew it. My husband had what they were calling brussel sprouts that looked like dried up peas. couple at the table next to us said the same thing. What a disappointment. I just wish I could give it a...
Read moreAfter reading so many bad reviews, I'm here to write my own for those unsure about visiting.
We're a family of 5 with 3 kids under 12. We visited the buffet on a Friday night. We knew the cost ahead of time and it's comparable to dinner at our favorite sports bar restaurant. We didn't have to have players cards to eat here, but we would've gotten $3 off the adult prices if we did have them.
We were seated quickly and our drink orders taken right away. If you get an adult beverage, you pay for it upfront. Our drinks came quickly. Our server was fine for a buffet. They aren't your typical restaurant server. She got us refills and cleared our dishes.
The food was good. They had a variety from bbq, fried chicken, Buffalo wings, fried fish, Polish sausage, New York strip, brisket, empanadas, taco bar, fried shrimp and calamari, Chinese food, a salad bar, and a soup bar.
The dessert buffet is amazing! Many cheesecakes and pies to choose from, as well as a variety of ice creams and toppings. And, the kids' favorite: the chocolate fountain.
We will definitely be...
