Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Indiana

Fooled again.Today was another typical experience with this location. I'm handed my salad and sit tight at the window until I've checked the bag. It's been topped with crispy, instead of grilled, chicken. So after they check the receipt and see their mistake I hand it back and pull forward to wait. (I wonder if they're hand-picking the wrong chicken off and puting on new bits? Otherwise, why do you make us give you back the salad in the first place. Hmm.) When they bring me the revised salad I drive away without checking the bag again. Ugh. You'd think I'd learn, right? I get home and there's no TX toast. Moral of the story, don't leave ANYTHING to chance. I got lulled into thinking they were paying more attention this time around. You must simply become a professional when it comes to checking your order because it's for darn sure they'll never become professional...

I would not recommend this location if you are expecting fast food. The last experience I had took me roughly 25-30 min sitting in the drive-thru lane. I usually only receive fast service when the manager/owner is on site. The food here is good, but the accuracy is not to the same level. If you order any sauce packet, there is a 40% they will not include it in your order. When ordering menu items that contain sauce, most of the time it will have very little sauce. First the Dr.pepper was out so I had to get it from the counter, had to make my fries 2 times because they added season salt when asked with no season salt. I was okay with all that because I know mistakes happen. But what drew the line for me was when I went back to the counter to ask for a refill. The staff member was just using chemicals and cleaning the windows on the door. She came back in , didn’t wash her hands and started messing with food and tried to get my refill with chemicals on her hands. I guess people don’t realize that people can get really sick or get poisoning that way. So I called her out and explained how bad that was.
