Arby's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I will never go to this Arby's again they messed my order up I ordered three sandwiches and two shakes and they did not give me one of my sandwiches you cannot get a hold of them and when I called corporate they try to blame it on GrubHub.GrubHub does not bag your food it is freaking Arby's that bags ur food nd it's sad when another person in the reviews no one will even answer the phone mm I wonder cuz they know that they messed up I only gave it a star because it wouldn't post this without giving it a star otherwise I think it...

Just spent $22 for a 5 piece chicken tender meal and jalapeno bites with a cup of cheddar. I get home and I have cheese sticks and no cup of cheese. There was not 1 person in front of me so you can't blame it on being busy. It was clear negligence. I tried to call to see what can be done and got no answer. I don't ever complain about about restaurant experiences because there's lots of easy ways for things to get forgotten but this started right from the order taker thmself. I want my money back or a new meal for another time...

I don’t have high expectations from fast food like any normal person shouldn’t. I get cold fries from your staff every other time and a like warm sandwich and that’s all I ask for. This time I wasted $30.00 on a nasty beef’n cheddar and a weird tasting Ruben. Your food is less than half decent most of the time but it’s just awful now. I hope things get better at your establishment. Maybe one day I’ll be eating your food again, but this establishment has just went from a 3/5 to a 2/5. And that’s why you get a 2/5 star review....
