Blue Shark Market And Restaurant — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Before I get into this I am going to say this I have been going to this restaurant for about 3 1/2 years now. First I want to start by saying I called and placed my order. The lady that wears the Hajib that is usually taking orders and payment was the one to answer the phone per-usual and was extremely rude (This is not the first time). As I was trying to place my order she continuously cut me off to speak to another customer

(but had me on hold for about 5 minutes before doing so to attend to that other customer

So shouldn’t you be done attending to that customers before taking me off hold to service me ?? NOT TO MENTION SHE WAS BEING RUDE TO THE CUSTOMER SHE WAS CUTTING ME OFF TO ATTEND TO !!

*HAVING ME ON HOLD IS FINE W/ ME ITS 10 o’clock THATS WHEN THEY ARE BUSIEST OR EVEN THE CUTTING OFF TO A DEGREE *

THE ISSUE IS she was very rude and rushed me off the phone without having a clear understanding of my order . I then went to pick up my order and asked her to make sure my salad had NO peppers !! •After placing my order •And calling her bck to make sure she understood my order !! My order was still wrong and had to be remade!! To my surprise I get home nd the salad was no different still peppers on my salad !! I even had a side conversation about how nasty and rude this lady is with 2 other customers !! Not to mention the salad was not for me it was for a family member and my meal which was the 5 piece chicken was just as bad saggy...

I used to patron this business but not anymore. I called to order my regular lunch special and when I arrived I was told that it no longer comes with a drink and the price was a lot higher. The clerk, a lady by the name of Muhamme Tabanja according to the receipt, said they no longer have specials on Fridays. I told her it would have been nice if you said that when I specifically asked for that when I called. No accountability on her end for being dishonest and for that reason alone is why I’ll never step foot in this place again nor my family. We will take out business to 30th and Kessler, further drive but they always have good customer service...

I placed my order, I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. So I gave it 25 mins went and picked it up. He swiped my card and said I was just waiting on fries. 2/3 minutes. Well 25 minutes pasted I asked for my food and I heard the guy at the register ask for my food, and their arguing about not having a ticket. So 1st I was waiting on fries, then 25 minutes later my food hasn't even been cooked. So from me placing my order until me walking out the door with my order it was over an hour. No I'm sorry, no let me give you a discount, no nothing. Very poor service and this was the 2nd time it has happened. I will find a new...
