Got a loan on 09/15 and told the gentleman who waited on me I would be back on Thursday, 09/20, when I got paid to get it out and he said ok see you then, make sure you bring your ticket otherwise you will get charged .Go in today, 09/20, to collect MY stuff and the lady says on you have to wait 8 days. I was never verbally told this and it is not printed on the ticket anywhere. I called up there, and an employee says it's an indianapoInd pd thing and if I went to Anderson they only have a 24 hour wait period. I said that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. This place is not very responsible, they rely on a familiar face instead of asking for ID every time a loan is being distributed. They are taking items from customers, not checking for identification. So, if something is stolen and they are using the incorrect address look out the police will be at your doorstep! This store has become such an unprofessional and out right terrible place to do any type of business. Make sure you check out anything you want to purchase before you do. They are knowingly putting out broken and damaged item's without any notification. Some things have been returned because they were broken and they put it right back on the shelf. You can sure tell those people love there job! We won't even start on how disrespectful the employees are...
