I saw 5-star reviews I was impressed. On the good side, they have somewhat variety of ice cream and sherbet. I tried nanche sherbet and it was good.

On the bad side, it is a copycat of other Mexican ice cream places. 🍦 is not smooth or creamy they have plastic containers that are not appealing to look at, they don't even have the name of the ice cream so you gotta ask what flavor it is. Sherbet is poorly made. Service was bad because she charged me for two small mangonadas and I asked for 2 mediums and I received one small and one medium. I got their Dubai chocolate with strawberries. It was okay, I felt like something else was missing. Chocolate was too runny and not a lot of it is added. I asked if I could get less strawberries and more chocolate added. They proceeded to add the same amount of how it’s normally made :( this isn’t as sweet as it sounds. This was $10 if you are wondering, I would suggest to go visit melt n dip in caramel. It’s a lot more pricey about $15? But they fill the cup with a lot more chocolate give you a decent amount and the pistachio cream tastes alot...

Went a couple of weeks ago. We were a nice size group but One of her workers messed up on a item and she put a service fee on my receipt to replace what they messed up. I'm never going again. I think they should be happy that we order a lot of food, but she really had an attitude; it almost made me cancel everything.
