Chicago fish and chicken — Restaurant in Indianapolis

The customer service I received on yesterday by employee Omar was ridiculous. When ordering a 3 piece dark chicken kids meal, I was under the impression that I will receive a 12 oz can pop because this is what I always received. He tried to provide me with a little juice but that isn't what is on the menu. It clearly state pop. He even tried to charge me 50 cent for a small container of ranch dressing to go with my chicken. He even laughed at me when telling him my concern about the customer service I received. I end up telling him to keep the little juice and to just give me the ranch dressing. When I arrived at home, I noticed that the chicken thighs was full of bread and not meat. The food he provided made me so mad I end up throwing half of it away. I will not be supporting this restaurant ever again...

Ordered the 20 pc perch family meal. Was very disappointed. The pieces were small and hard and it was very difficult to enjoy; HOWEVER, after later speaking with Mitchell, he was very understanding and suggested that we return the remaining fish that was not edible and he would replace it…and he DID THAT!!! He even allowed us to choose a different fish (we chose whiting instead of the original perch) and OMGSH…it was well worth the drive!!!! That fish was OUTSTANDINGLY DELICIOUS!!!!! We were super satisfied with the outcome and will definitely return and highly recommend them. To be willing to humbly make right what was wrong snd go over and beyond to be commended!!! Excellent food and stellar customer service! ...

SO I ORDER FOOD OFF DOOR DASH AND THE BLACK MAN AT THE WINDOW DECIDE TO CANCEL IT, DUE TO DOOR DASH GIVING ME MY PROMOTION. I CALLED AND ASKED WHY WAS IT CANCELED. THE RESPONSE THAT I GOT BACK WAS, " OH BECAUSE WE ARE NOT GOING TO SEND OUT 50 WINGS FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT DOOR DASH IS CHARGING." WHAT SINCE DOES THAT MAKE. HOW DOES ONE GET MAD BECAUSE DOOR DASH IS CHARGING LESS THEN WHAT THEY CHARGE IN THE STORE... BEWARE, IF YOU ORDER FOOD AND ITS CANCELED, ITS NOT DUE TO BEING CLOSED, ITS BECAUSE THEY SCREEN ALL ORDERS BEFORE ACCEPTING THEM.... DON'T SUPPORT IF YOU HAVE TO DO...
