Today, a few coworkers and I decided to order from Big City as we have done several times. First thing the young lady on the phone told us an incorrect total amount. Once the food came it was corrected. Second thing she put in the system the wrong order. When the food came and we noticed it was incorrect, we immediately contacted the establishment. The same young lady answered and we advised her one of our orders was incorrect. She tried to unsuccessfully state that the order was given to her that way. Once we jogged her memory on what she said she stated she would have to contact the owner to see what he wanted to do since it wasn't her fault. She then contacted us back and stated we could switch the order out but that it couldn't be delivered. The way the young lady handled herself over the phone was beyond rude and distasteful. Unfortunately they have been taken off of our list as of today. Today was one of our worse experiences when ordering for our students. We received a wrong order, fish instead of chicken. When I called back to let them know my concern the lady on the phone immediately transferred me to a manger who told me that he would have his driver come pick up the fish and refund me for the fish. When I asked if I could get the correct order he said they did not have any chicken left. I explained to him my situation as that student has to eat lunch. Read moreI ordered off of the grub hub App. The food was on time and delicious. However the driver told me I needed to pay in cash. It didn't make sense because I entered my card information during the order. I had to step away from my desk to get the food so I couldn't see if my card had been charged so I just took the man at his word. I have him $30 to cover meal and tip. I got back to my desk to see I was charged on my card as well. I called the restaurant and the person who answered knew the driver was not to take cash. He sent the driver back to refund my money quickly. When the driver came back he tried to play a change scam with me. I had been up and at work from 3am and didn't sleep well last night. I took back most of my money but know he got way more of a tip than he deserved. Probably not the restaurants fault but just a fair warning...
