I was in a rush due to an oddly-long TSA line. I stopped by this CFA immediately before security, and didn’t think to check the order till I sat at my gate. I ordered a chicken biscuit with extra butter.
I was a bit disappointed when I saw that I was only given a butter biscuit with no filet - despite having a receipt showing I paid for a chicken biscuit.
It was too late for me to leave security to get a new one and re-clear, so I filled out the feedback form online. I figured I might get an apology email or something.
What happened next was above and beyond.
I received a phone call mere minutes after submitting the complaint from Zach- the ops manager. He profusely apologized and offered a refund. I was shocked when he offered to bring me a new biscuit post security.
And he did it. He literally went through security in a rush to bring me a new biscuit before my flight - as well as an order of hash browns.
This experience was incredible. What I didn’t tell him was I worked at chick fil a for 5 years - and it’s stuff like this that makes me proud to still visit CFA so much.

Order a sandwich, this young girl (dark hair and dark lipstick) holds my order out for me to grab. When I didn't grab it fast enough for her, mind you I just paid and am holding luggage, she just lets go and drops it on the counter for the food to spill out. I check the sandwich and ask for some ketchup. She gives me one packet and tosses it over to me where it falls on the ground. I yelled "thank you" in a very sarcastic tone because she was so rude! She must have been upset I interrupted her conversation with the girl working the register to place my order.
