As I pulled too drive thru today the cashier was sitting the curb smoking I get too the drive thru speaker no one answer I waited for 10 minutes finally I went inside there was a young man there fixing one of the grills I believe at any rate he never spoke he never said hello how may I help you or anything none of the cashiers came out of the back so I waited there for 10 minutes he never addressed me or acknowledge me never asked to help me as I proceeded out of the door a couple was walking in I told him you'll probably do better at the one on College because no one's working inside the store today he said will mail my work here and instead of him saying wait a minute let me help you I'm about to clock in he just went inside so I had to drive to the College Store just to get what I needed and wanted from Church's Chicken if the young people that work there don't want to work then they should quit their job at any rate people were sitting outside in their cars waiting for their food to be fixed and waiting for things to be done no one was...

Visited today. Ordered 15 pieces for a meeting at my home. Food was cold and old. They didn't give us our complete order. I took everything back in a huff. The manager was rude and accused us of not buying the food at that location even though we literally just walked out minutes before. They're so used to a certain element that everyone is treated as dishonest. This is precisely why people with means in the area simply travel to broad ripple a half mile away. I like to spend money in my area with the urban community even though I don't have to. I won't be back to this location- simply because the general manager treated us with disrespect vs just looking up our transaction or asking his employees to verify we were in the store just...
