Extremely poor service. I went to the drive thru and sat for about 3 minutes before I asked for assistance. The drive thru girl replied, I said how can I help you?!” I replied, “I’ve been sitting here and never heard you.” She then says, “Well....do you wanna order?!” My husband then tells me to go in and speak to a manager, which I do. Once inside I see the drive thru girl (black girl with Afro puff ponytail). I ask the young man at the counter for the manager (a young white girl with long blonde hair). I tell her that the girl at the drive thru is rude and that maybe she shouldn’t be rude or working the drive thru with a poor attitude. The manager responds by saying in a smart tone, “well she said how can she help you?” I told her that i never heard her ask and even if she didn’t know that she still should never speak to a customer that way. The manager just shrugs her shoulders and says, “Well you can call corporate and file a complaint!” I say fine I’ll do that. She pretends to give me a bag with the number on it. I ask her for her name and she refused to give it to me stating that she didn’t have to give me her name. I said ok and left. When I looked on the bag there was no number for me to call so I am now on the website filing this complaint. At the time this happened, there were customers in the store and I never raised my voice or yelled, however, was still met with attitude and the most rude service I’ve ever experienced! I did not get names which is why I gave the earlier descriptions. I took the address and noted the time. I also have a receipt because my husband who just got his tonsils removed still needed ice cream. I have never....I’m just in disbelief at the manager! I’ve given a poor yelp review, filed a complaint online, and now I’m here. I live in the neighborhood and have let the attitudes slide a few times, but not today! Read moreMy husband was severely taken advantage of in the drive-thru! The speaker system was not working properly and my husband had to yell into the speaker with the order. He simply ordered (2) Chicken strip baskets lunch specials (both lunch specials should get a drink & dessert ) for $6.00 each! My husband reaches the window to pay for his order. He gives the cashier $100 bill. He did not count the money given to him. Asked for a receipt and he was told no receipts given. My husband comes home with two meals, two drinks, and one dessert. I asked him where is his dessert. He said he did not know. No napkins were given. Ask my husband for the change. Dairy Queen charged him $25 for two ($6.00 lunch specials)! I immediately called to speak with Chad, the manager of Post Road location. No where to be found and not sure when he will be back. I had spoken with the lady that taken the order. I told her she had taken advantaged of my husband by overcharging him for two $6.00 lunch specials! She stated for me to bring the food back and then she will give refund! She stated company policy she cannot give me the difference in what is due to us without the food given back! She even remembered our order! We are due $13 cash that she kept! Really??? Half the time, the prices are different! I ordered two double cheeseburgers with mayo, pickle and lettuce. I got them home and the only condiment that was on them was mustard and ketchup. Last night, we decided to give them another try. I ordered the same thing. I got them home and the condiments were correct, but they gave me single burgers instead of double ones. AND I PAID FOR DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS. I tried to call them last night and today and no one would answer the phone. There were 4 people working in there last night and I was the only person inside with one car in the drive thru so it couldn't be that they were that busy to not answer the phone.
