Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Placed an online order at 10:30AM Monday, 4/17/2023. Expected order pickup was for between 12:00PM and 12:05PM that day.

Being that it was my lunch break, I drove there and arrived by 11:55AM. Waited until 12:10PM just to recognize that the store was never opened. No signs in the window, the OPEN sign was not lit. There was still power to the building however.

Spent about an hour with corporate Little Caesars customer service that day. Promised me a refund would be on its' way. Fast forward to Thursday 4/20/2023, and I had to follow up with another 30 minute phone call just to be told that the location's manager and general manager are ignoring the inquiries being sent to them by corporate.

Here we are on 4/21/2023 and I'm already up to beyond 25 minutes of waiting on hold with customer service. STEER CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION!!!! They do NOT value any of you...

It's a pretty standard Little Caesar's. It's quick and a good value. It's attached to a Family Video and has only 8 spots outside to park. It's usually pretty busy and their "hot and ready" rack never seems to have anything in it. I've tried to place an order by phone but have yet to get througu. I tried using the online app to order. It gave me a 20 minute estimated time and was not ready or in the pick up machine when I got there. The next time I used the app, I got there and found I had 2 orders ready. I used the machine for one but had to wait in line to make sure the other one got cancelled and that I got a refund. The area isn't the greatest, though most LS are located in such, and many of the clientele like to park in the middle of the parking lot, leave their vehicles running and walk inside to order thereby blocking anyone using a parking spot...

Horrible SORRY ME AND MY KIDS LOVE THEIR PIZZA AND NOW THE WOMAN AT THE FRONT I ASKED HER HOW HER NIGHT WAS... AND SHE SAID FRUSTRATINGLY UPSET...I TOLD HER PLEASE TAKE. Deeo breathe b4 she took my order any i ask her for a 1 5 dollar sausage pizza and breadsticks with cheese and garlic sauce... She yelled back to the kitchen 5 Sausage pizzas no ma'am then again im dealing with disrespect and no courteousy to. NOT JUST ME BUT ANY CUSTOMER... BUT SHES STILL UNDER ANOTHER EMPLOYEE NAME CHRISTIAN A... OBVIOUSLY HER NAME Wasn't CHRISTIAN IF SHE CALLED OUT THE NAME TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ONLY OVER 1 T DOLLAR SAUSAGE PIZZA... PIZZA I SENT MY SISTER BACK INTO THE STORE AFTER SHE SEEN MY PIZZA WAS BURNT BUT THEN MISS DAISY AVTING ACCORDINGLY I. WILL NEVER GO BACC FOR BREADSTICKS OR PIZZA YALL NEED TO RE EVALUATE YOUR APPLICATIONS...
