We stood out in the cold for 2 hours to get their "customer appreciation" coupons for a free pizza every month for a year. Well the last thing we have felt is appreciated. Every time they have something different to say. At first we were getting a medium deep dish instead of a large hand tossed because they don't have deep dish in large. Was told they can't do the medium deep dish. Also, the whole time we have been ordering it with the food that we are ordering for our son and have not had any problems with doing that until today when we were told that we had to order the pizza by itself...we've been doing it like this for 9 months now and nobody has said a word about us ordering it alongside our other food so I had to go home and reorder it. But when I got home I realized that the food would be cold, and we used our points for a pasta so we don't have the points anymore to reorder the food. Went back up there with my husband and was told our points were going to be put back on, which didn't happen. AND they told my husband that they offered to split it for me the first time, which was a straight up lie, because they said they could not serve it to me with it all ordered together so I said well I guess I will just go home and reorder it and they just rolled their eyes. But, like I said, I didn't want to reorder and go pick up cold food and I didn't have my points to reorder the way I had it ordered. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. And I am working restaurants most of my life and I understand that sometimes there are issues but I would never treat a customer in a way that they have treated me in that store, as an "appreciated customer", I guess Domino's has a strange way of showing customer...
Read moreListen up, Domino’s. I’m a born-and-bred New Yorker, which means I know what real pizza tastes like. What you’re servin’? That ain’t pizza — that’s a war crime on a paper plate.
First of all, the crust? It's like someone baked cardboard, forgot it in the oven, and then said, “Hey, let’s charge $14.99 for this!” No crunch, no chew, just sadness and regret. And don’t even get me started on the sauce — sweet like it belongs on a Pop-Tart. What is this? Dessert marinara?
Now the cheese. Oh boy. It’s like a wax museum melted and slid off the slice before I could take a bite. I’ve seen better stretch from a worn-out rubber band. You call this a large pie? In Queens, that’s a personal pan pizza, and my grandma would slap me if I brought that home.
And the toppings — I ordered pepperoni, and I got six lonely slices trying to survive in a dairy swamp. This isn’t a pizza; it’s a cry for help. You ever heard of a “corner slice”? No, of course not. Because Domino’s pizza is perfectly round, perfectly bland, and perfectly offensive to everything we hold sacred in this city.
Final thoughts: If you’re in Indianapolis and ordering Domino’s, you’ve made some very poor life choices. Step outside. There’s a real pizzeria on every block. Support them. Respect yourself.
Zero stars, and I want my $20 and 45 minutes of my life back.

Read moreThe worst pizza delivery service EVER.
I placed an online order at 6:39pm for an estimated delivery of 7:37-7:47pm. Promptly after placing the order, the tracker said prepping and never left that stage for an hour. Finally, around the time it's supposed to be delivered, 7:33pm, the tracker said baking. So, I waited another hour (8:44pm) to check the tracker and at that point it was in the quality check stage. I was hopeful that soon my family would be having dinner.
However, 9:30pm rolls around and the tracker has not moved into the delivery stage. It's been 3 hours since the prepping stage and I'm getting a little worried - not to mention my family & I are starving by this point. So, I give the store a call only to be rudely hung up on before even having a chance to say "hello." Immediately, I call back and after waiting for someone to answer for 8 mins, I give up on the call and decide to wait for the delivery.
The online food tracker officially stopped working around 10pm (but the order isn't cancelled) so i give the store a call to figure out where the order is. It is now 10:34pm and still no one has answered the phone. It has been 38minutes and still no answer.
Don't order...
