I really don't like leaving bad reviews. The restaurant is beautiful The people are really friendly but there is a undeniable language barrier with the early morning shift. I really want the business to thrive especially being in my local community. I really really mean no disrespect but some of the workers need to sharpen up on English comprehension. I'm literally just ordering Donuts... From a donut shop. This is the third time I've ordered cake donuts and I have yet to receive cake donuts. The first two times I let it slide because I'm usually on a time crunch. This most recent time I asked for the order to be corrected. They initially got the order halfway correct and when I asked them to fix the order they "fixed" it 100% wrong. I could tell the gentleman had no idea what I was talking about and trying his best but there again I thought my order was very simple. One blueberry cake and one glazed cake. That's my order every single time and every single time I've driven away with two regular glazed donuts. All three of the interactions have been with a different person but the same consistent theme of English as a second language. Respectfully, please Make sure your employees are competent in English comprehension, at the very least, the items that you sell... Unfortunately I'm going to go back to the other breakfast options in the area but hopefully you guys can fix the problem for other...
Read moreWent through the drive through Sunday morning. Ordered two sandwiches and two orders of hash browns, the hash browns were extremely soggy and we asked if we can have them replaced. We swear we were giving back the same ones we said that were bad, because one had five instead of 6 where my boyfriend had tried one. What back in again to give them another chance to fix it, the next batch if they were even new, we're extremely hot and mushy like they had come out of a microwave instead of a deep fryer. The Donuts were dry like they were probably old. We had gone inside to make sure they could get the order fixed, and it was really dirty inside. Instead of fixing the order the guy at the counter just said, " it is what it is" and make no effort to fix the food that was not edible. Nor did they let us get a refund. This was the Pendleton Pike location...
Read moreThey can never get the order right. They never understand what you are ordering even when you are saying exactly what the menu says. They give you items you didn't order. Sometimes dont give you everything you ordered. Sometimes the food is stale and hard. Sometimes you get ice coffee even when you say hot/no ice. They just don't listen and throw everything together and then somehow misplace the receipt and shrug at you when you do back through saying your whole order is wrong. They are a disaster. Better go to a different dunkin for a better experience. This has happened at this dunkin so many times. I am tired of trying to give them chances to try and redeem themselves. Doesn't matter if they are busy or slow something is ALWAYS wrong with the order....
