I attempted to use the drive through and was rushed to order by a woman with a rude and unprofessional tone. I left the drive through and proceeded to go inside. I was not greeted. The woman behind the counter continued to work. I asked her if it was okay to order and she told me that they closed in fifteen minutes and then asked me if I wanted to order !! … I told her that the reason I can inside is because she was rude to me outside and I thought that if I came inside the service would be different or that I could place my order with someone else. I literally just started drinking coffee. I am going to buy a coffee machine, so that I can consume it at any time and not have to deal with people who thinks it okay to speak disrespectfully and act unprofessionally. This Dunkin location consistently has a long wait through the drive up whether you are the only car in line or one of a few. Customer service training and new professional management is in order for this location IMMEDIATELY. I drove to this location today, Oct. 2, 2021 around 9AM. When I placed my order for a dozen donuts, I asked if the donuts were made fresh. The manager or the" older" guy ( as the majority of the staff are teens), abruptly asks me, " What do you mean by fresh?" I was floored. If you have to ask your customers to define "fresh" in regards to the food that you are serving, then you are definitely in the wrong business.

Going forward, I will take the extra 15 minute drive to Fishers to get better service and food for my money. The donuts were dried out on the inside and the "hash browns" (tots) were soggy.

BTW, the teens are always nice..keep up the great work,...

I don't know if this place is under new management or what but in the last few months this location has gone down hill severely. The people working here used to be super friendly, always got the orders done correctly and quickly. I'm currently sitting in the driveway after they messed up my order for the third visit in a row. There is 2 cars in front of me. I have no idea why it takes 45 mins to serve 7 cars. The half of my order the gave me has now been sitting for 30 min while I go back through to get the rest, to which I used my app to order. Not sure why is wasn't done when I got here or at least being worked on. The people working here do not seem to know what they are doing. They are not very friendly. I will be driving to a further...
