I use to be a GM for Dunkin'. Loved the experience, love the coffee. There hasn't been one near me for years and one finally opened up. You have no idea how excited I was, but to my disappointment, my experience has been such that I won't go to another one again. I said that to myself a month ago, but decided to try again today, and FAIL!!

First of all, I dont like going thru drive thru, but half the time the lobby is locked and Ive even been locked inside of the lobby while ordering during mid day. Second, the drive thru is not long enough to lock the lobby and not majorly obstruct traffic and create unsafe situations. Y'all are loosing sales! Third, I stopped getting donuts at this location because they're often stale and cold...which is wierd. Like, the cake donuts are cold in the center. Not a good look. But I was content with just getting coffee.

Now, I've gone twice for coffee, through the drive thru (cause I have no choice), and both times it has been a huge disappointment. The first time I ordered a hot coffee and the bottom of the coffee was warm-ish but the top was cold....no steam at all. It was like an old cup of coffee that someone added flavors to. I went back through the drive thru and was definitely treated like an inconvenience. There was no one in front or behind me. Not a peak time. They didn't want to take my coffee back...wanted me to keep it but I didn't have room in my car. When I was handed the replacement, the cashier asked if I wanted to taste it to see if it was made right this time. Like, did he hear me at all? It was cold. I told him I didn't need to taste it cause I can see the steam, unlike the previous coffee.

Now today! I ordered a large coffee...asked for extra caramel swirl, blueberry and cream. The order taker put 4 on the screen and I asked her if she could please put 6. She said yes, but her tone said "f‐off". I'm the idiot for not tasting it in drive thru, but I get home and this coffee does not have Carmel swirl. If it does, it has like 1 pump...it's so bitter and no sweetness. I've been drinking the same coffee from Dunkin for years. I use the Carmel swirl instead of sugar. I'm super disappointed.

I have been in the fast food industry for 20yrs. Upper management for 15. I don't complain, I usually forgive b/c I know what it's like. But at this point, you need to know this place is very poorly managed. Standards, quality and integrity are moot here. Where are the managers?? They need to be where they not, because they are not monitoring quality.

So, I will drive an extra 10-15mins for local coffee and donuts. I have and will make it a point to market against going to this establishment cause it's not a good experience and a waste of money. Word of mouth is the most powerful form of marketing.

Most honest review ever. So I normally, I do not go to donut or coffee shops, because I tend to find myself honestly disappointed not necessarily from Customer Service. Often from the lack quality and freshness of the donuts or other pastries and beverages.

So I went to Dunkin’ Donuts yesterday morning on June 29, 2023 after I placed my order on the mobile app at 8:40 AM and picked my food up at 9 AM.

The quality of the dough of the each pastry was borderline old and dry.

The three donuts that you see in the pictures were all a 4/10 rating. The filling of each all were cold and unpleasant.

The hash browns tasted freezer burnt and fried then sat out for 15-20 minutes then popped in a oven for 2 minutes. They were AWFUL 1/10 rating.

The croissant turkey sandwich was definitely a 3/10. The only thing that was decent was the Turkey meat and the cheese smh. The croissant itself was not fresh, nor was it soft.

Lastly, my cold coffee beverage the Caramel latte with oat milk instead of whole milk and charge me an additional one dollar lol the only reason I would not give this a bad rating is because I had to go to the actual grocery store and buy some Truvia sugar because the employee didn’t ask me if I wanted any sugar or creamer or whatever. I expected them to automatically put it in the bag but they did not, but with the sugar that I added to the drink, definitely give it a 6.89/10 rating.

Does this place potential to be great…? Honestly I don’t know but I don’t I’ll ever be purchasing pastries, but I may get a drink or two and that’s about it overall total experience just based off of the food I bought and wasted money for 4/10 and honestly DO NOT...

Didn't have a good experience here a little after they opened and thought I'd give them another try since they are the closest dunkin to me now since moving to indy. Where I'm from, everyone goes to dunkin so I've had almost everything on the menu and I know how things are supposed to taste. I won't speak on my first coffee I had from her since they were new so I'll cut some slack. A few months ago I rerouted so many times on the way here because of all the chaos going on downtown since it's Colts game weekend. I almost went farther to another dunkin bc it was so hard to get there but I stuck with it... man I wish I hadn't. I redeemed a free coffee and got the XL Nutty Coffee. After driving through hoops to get home, my coffee has had time to cool down, I happily go to take my first sip.. and it's absolutely disgusting. Ruined my whole day. I'm extremely disappointed.

Update: went here again since I was nearby and my coffee was actually good. My first 2 times were awful, it was after 4pm. This time I went around noon. Seems like morning crew seems...

I am very disappointed I’ve been coming to this location every since day one they open this place and everything was going well the staff and management was friendly when they first opened never had a problem with my order staff would know my drink orders cause I purchase the same drinks everyday since now I’ve been a loyal costumer ,but recently this past month this new management are so rude my drink is always missing something I always order a medium ice coffee w/ cream caramel and cold foam as my usual and again today no ice no cold foam another mistake it’s always something wrong so I call to complain the guy who answer the phone claim he was the manager left me talking on the phone I ask for Corporate number and he left me on hold how sad one loyal costumer less I will not go there they should rehired new staff that really want to work because this people look mad evertime i go there . SMH
