El Chivo Jaliciense Taqueria y Birrieria — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Literally just came from there. This is my first time since the change of ownership. It was delicious. Literally just sat at a booth for 20 min and nothing. I called as I was sitting there and they came over and took our order then left 25 minutes later we got up and walked out because nobody came but they continued to serve everyone else in the restaurant.
