Visited this place during a time where there's not too much business an was disappointed at the amount of time it took for four cheeseburgers, an onion chip, and a order of mozzarella sticks. After the wait, I left with an incorrect order tht was nearly cold upon just receiving it. No time to turn back, I called to find out what went wrong an how I cld have possibly got cold food, after such a wait. No answer, just the voicemail for each of my 7 calls. I left my info an my concern in hopes they wld replace my order since it wasn't worth eating whatsoever. After what I paid an the time I sat there, I cldnt help but to be pissed throwing away the bag of food. The next day I was greeted with new staff tht seemed clueless to even having a voicemail system in place asking for ur info if they're unable to pick up. The woman in charge acted if I had made the story up when she came back to the front after she claimed she spoke with the manager regarding my experience and a recorded voicemail tht no one has ever heard. I had to firmly demand my order remade before she agreed to just give me a portion of the order remade correctly. Maybe it's hit or miss or just lazy staff at tht time, hopefully it improves being tht it's the only place open...
Read moreEvery single time my husband & I come here it always takes about 20+ minutes to get our food (I've only ever ordered through their drive-thru). The workers are never happy, not even a little bit. Every single time I have ordered a dessert (which I almost always order the Fudge Dipped Brownie On-A-Stick), they never put it in the to-go-bag. I got so fed up with it that the last time we were at this location, I had my husband check the bag as soon as they handed it to us and low & behold they didn't give it to us. Before we got our food, they had us pull to the third window while we waited for our food. Which took forever. So, I was so irritated with them that I didn't even pull around to go inside. As soon as the worker opened the window to talk to the customer in the car behind us, I told the lady that we ordered them and that they never gave it to us and they never do. I watched this lady from all the way back into the fridge / freezer and finally give it to me. Typically though the food is really good. somebody needs to either replace some employees for they need to hire all new stuff, including management. The people that are already inside there clearly don't care. Somebody needs to come in and tidy...
Read moreMy experiences here have been good and bad but it really just depends on the time, day, and who is working. My last visit was definitely without a question one of the worst experiences me and my ole man have had. There was maybe 1 person ordering inside and no one in drive thru. The lady taking the drive thru orders was not only mumbling and not speaking clearly but kept interrupting us as we were trying to order. We couldn't understand what window she said to go to so we pulled up to the first window and waited almost 5 minutes to pay for the order and no one came to the window so we pulled up to the second window and waited almost another 5 minutes before the lady finally came to the window and took the money out of my ole man's hand with a very poor attitude. We were then given our food but weren't given our drinks until we reminded her about them.
