Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indianapolis

We went to this location tonight for the first time after living in the area for over a year. Ordered online so we could swing through the drive through and go home quickly since I work early tomorrow. We waited in the drive thru for approximately ten minutes and when we got to the window, they said it wasn't ready yet, they'd like us to pull around and they'd bring it out the front door to us. Considering it was a somewhat large order, we had no problem with this. We wait about 25 minutes more and see them bring an order out for someone who arrived after us, so we got their attention and they completely forgot what order we were even there for. Informed them of the name on the order, they run in and check, come back out and say they handed our order out already, obviously to the wrong person. I had to inform them that they needed to remake the food then, which should be obvious. Our food is remade and brought out to us another 20 minutes later by a manager who was apologetic, but when we got home, some of the food was prepared incorrectly and it was all incredibly messy. Listen, I know taco bell food is typically kind of messy, but this was VERY messy. Burritos falling apart, sauce all over the papers that the items were wrapped in, etc. Not thrilled with this experience and won't be coming back here. If we want taco bell, we'll be grabbing it from somewhere on the north...

I don't typically post reviews because people do it when they're mad but this place has the worst customer service I have ever seen they believe like most restaurants in this area because it's a low income neighborhood customer service is not necessary I went through the drive through to order I had not been to Taco Bell in a very long time so I said to them when they answered this speaker " welcome to Taco Bell, may I take your order? " to "hold on a second let me look" to which they ask me again a different person a second person same question I said the same thing a third person came on to the speaker and ask me the same question to which I grunted and "said hold on a second let me look" again and I got yelled at being told I was being rude and disrespectful because I calmly and politely asked 3 different people to give me a minute and was told it was a new person and that they did not have to give me service if I was going to be rude when they were the ones being rude and disrespectful I will never go to this place again and when I door dash I will not give them service either this is the rudest most disrespectful fast food restaurant I ever been to in my life and I have worked in fast food for quite a few years my boy friend has work in fast food for over 30 years this place needs to be closed down. We came here on a weeknight for dinner and the line outside was super long and the inside was closed due to covid-19. We understood that and chose to wait anyways just to be disappointed. It took forever for them to make our food yet there were only two of us and we got meal deal boxes so I'm not sure what they were doing in there. When they brought the food out since they had us pull around, our food was not even hot, we were missing three items, and the burritos were unlike anything I have ever seen before. I am not sure what they were thinking but all of them were rolled up tiny as if they were dollar items which they were not. I mean, they seriously were just a few inches long which would have been fine if they had just been rolled tightly and they were still full of filling but they were nearly empty. I kid you not, the majority of the burrito was just the tortilla smeared with sauce. It took a few bites to even taste filling and by then there was barely any left due to the way they rolled it. We called them on the phone and parked so we did not have to wait in the line again which was even longer now, and after about 15 minutes they brought out the missing items and redid the burritos however they were still the exact same way. As I said I have no idea what was going on in there but we definitely did not get value...
