ā¼ļøUNETHICAL PRACTICESā¼ļøITS NOT ORGANICā¦
We brought my three young kids to lunch here to get them the āorganicā peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Which was plainly advertised as such on the menu on their wall (which you can see in the images above).
I placed our order and sat downā¦
I look over and to my amazement they are making my kidās āorganicā sandwiches with generic JIF peanut butter & Smuckers jelly!
They are adverting organic menu items, charging customers organic prices & putting bottom-of-the-barrel (exact opposite of organic) ingredients into our kids food! š¤Æš
I called them out on it. The workers did not care much at all. They offered to get me on the phone with the owner.
The owner was fully aware of the products being used and complicit. She tried to make excuses. None of which were believable or acceptable. No refund was offered or any attempt to make it right.
How many of their other āorganicā food items (like the PB&J) are not actually organic at allā
Are there smoothies and bowls actually organic like they claimāOr are they using generic non-organic fruit in those too while charging you organic pricesā

Ā Ā Ā Read moreHoly cow this food is good. It's so full of ingredients. I had a southwest salad and I tried the chia pudding. I don't even like olives, but together with the other flavors I loved it in my salad. The ingredients were so good together with tons of chicken and veggies. It wasn't just a bunch of lettuce with some stingy toppings. I usually need a lot of dressing on salads but this didn't even need it. The raspberry coulis with the chia pudding, and the crunchy granola and almond slivers, were amazing together. So much sweet and tart, different textures. Not too much of any one kind. This would have been expensive 2 years ago. Now, it's about the same as fast food and it's a huge amount of real food. I can get 2 huge meals that could feed 2 people each for the same amount as an adult and kids meal at chicken salad chick, Freddy's, or something similar. Also, the people are...

You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into the menu and ingredients. I just got done with an medical IV treatment and the falafel salad was more than I could have asked for in a healthy meal to follow it up.
Every ingredient tasted great, perfect crunch, flavor, and texture. The woman on staff was very kind and helpful with recommendations. The facility is clean and well cared for. I was especially surprised by the quality of lettuce and greens along with how crisp the chickpeas are.
The peanut butter chocolate oatmeal cookie is insanely delicious.
I would absolutely go here regularly if there was one in Bloomington. I'm a bit jealous I don't live closer! Lovely work to all who made this possible. Thank you for giving me a...
