More often than not I encounter rude employees in drive thru. They cant get orders correct. General manager is a joke. Last chance for the location was last night. I ordered online, they were not freaky fast, 2bout of 3 sandwiches were incorrect. Called to speak to manager, female that answered phone apparently thought it was funny someone was calling to speak to a manager which made me question whether or not I was speaking to an actual mgr and I even asked what his title was. I then explained the problem with order he was nice and did apologize and said he'd make sandwiches himself. Keep in mind we were spending over 45 dollars on this order. I waited and waited then called back and the GM was there. He proceeded to argue with me! He was confused. Misreading the ticket. Even wrong ticket. All in all it took 2 hrs to get the order. When I called the store to ask why my sandwich was being sent already, the person on the phone said that the driver had deliveries to take before mine, and that my sandwich would take about 30 to 45 min to get delivered.
I told the person on the phone that I would rather not have a soggy sandwich that's been sitting for 30-45 mins. They replied that I could call the store and get a store credit afterwards. I said that I would rather have freaky fast delivery of a decent sandwich, not a store credit after the fact.
The person on the phone said they were not willing to remake the sandwich and have it delivered closer to the scheduled time.

The manager I talked to he told me he was going to call his boss an take care of the situation and told me he would give me a call back, never did I receive a phone call so that goes to show he did not care about his customer, and that's fine because they will never get my service. I was a manager myself for a company and never treated my customers like this.
