I have never had issues with this particular location until recently. I went through the drive-thru on Wednesday 10/18 and ordered the $7 combo for my son with the burger and a single burger for myself. I had an evening commitment so we were short on time and I needed something quick. My sonâs food was fine, but when I opened up my burger it looked like a piece of the bun had been bitten off or ripped off. The cook definitely saw it and still wrapped it up as if it was okay. I ended up going back to the store and went inside to talk to the manager and showed him the burger. I didnât want a remake, just a refund of the burger I had returned. I was given some spiel about them having a new system and although he was a manager, he was not able to refund my money and I would have to call the following day to speak to the general manager. 1. I have never been to any restaurant that cannot immediately give you a refund, fast food or otherwise. 2. Called and spoken with a lady named Shelby whom said she was the General Manager and explained to her that I had came there and she was like â Are you sure it was this location?â So I read her the store number listed on my alert I told her that Dairy Queen was the last place my card was used at and now some unknown person from New Jersey is trying to make purchases with my card. She told me this same situation happened before last year so now they have â Safeguardsâ in place. She also stated that if I wanted the Corporate number I would have to Google it. I had not been to this location in 14 years and I will never return. Just be aware if it has happened to me there isnât any telling how many others itâs happening too but lucky for me I have Anytime Alerts to protect me. Just cam today ordered @ 2/5 strip and fries and a 4 piece strip basket with buffalo sauce got my order and they where plain no sauce and barley any fries in the box. Went back through the drive through told her she said well thatâs not what I rang up. I advised I know ,but that is not what what I ordered.She asked if I just wanted sauce to dip them in I advised No I want them dipped like the picture shows she then made me pull around and park for another 10 mins after I waited at the window.
