Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Don’t eat here or at any Taco Bell unless you want to be doubled over in pain. Ordered off of DoorDash and it told me it was this location, I ordered a variety box and burrito the burrito only had a few pieces of beef mainly rice so ending up throwing it in the trash. They didn’t put the sauces in the bag as ordered and the food got me very very sick it started off with indigestion didn’t think much of it until it got worse. Until I realized I have food poisoning idk what item it was that got me sick but Wednesday night going into Thursday was the worse I had bad chills and shaking spells. As for me I didn’t know it was food poisoning because I never had it but I wouldn’t wish this on anyone I wish I can go back to Wednesday and reverse that whole entire order cause I’ve been sick since then please don’t order from here or any Taco Bell for that matter let them go out of business cause this is utterly ridiculous every time I give Taco Bell a chance it’s always a disappointment well I know this time it’s the last chance it will ever get don’t waste your money or time and go to a actual authentic Mexican restaurant for tacos who will make it way better than this dog food...

TRASH!! Do not go here!!! I worked 10 years for Taco Bell and it’s unacceptable to give paying customers the wrong amount of food!! I went through the drive thru and I purchased 3 Doritos Locos Taco Supreme’s. I was given food that was broken in pieces no meat, no lettuce and a total of 6 tomatoes on 3 tacos! I took it inside and politely asked for a remake, I wasn’t given an apology or anything! I was given the same nasty inappropriate service! Taco Bell teaches employees how to make food literally they have charts on the line to follow, there’s a certain amount of meat, sour cream, lettuce, cheese and tomato that’s supposed to be served to a paying customer! They even have scales available on the line for employees to use to make sure customers are getting their food served properly! It’s completely unacceptable to serve food to customers like that!!! I wasn’t offered a remake for free like they were supposed to do!! I was given attitude because I expect to be served the proper portions of food! The lady rolled her eyes at me and threw my money back into my hands!! TACO BELL NEEDS TO GET THEIR EMPLOYEES TRAINED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND...

Worst taco bell experience ever....and I LOVE taco bell! Went at 1am....drive thrust cashier had major difficulty with my order but was polite at least. They told me they had no chicken so couldn't get what I wanted. So I adjusted my order. When I got home my $7 steak grilled stuffed burrito that i definitely paid for was a cold burrito wrap with a few pieces of steak and sour cream. All of the food was cold. So I called and asked to speak to a manager. ...the manager told the girl that answered that he was busy to just tell me she was a manager and find out what I wanted....I could hear him clearly refuse to speak with me and continue telling the girl to find out what was wrong with my food. Obviously he knew he was slopping the orders together half assed. They offered to remake my food whenever I came back but never took my name or any other information. I will be calling corporate. The music was turned up pretty loud but not loud enough to cover for the talking back and forth about me and the manager repeatedly refusing to come to the phone no matter how many times I asked to...
