Why even try to go to a fast food restaurant you typically wouldn't? The whole time your wondering if they're any good and hoping you won't regret it. So you know there's typically 2 drive throughs at most McDonalds so I'm in one & I realize the car in front of me was ordering the entire menu, took her awhile. The other drive through has taken 5 cars since she started her order. So I back up & move to the other one and my luck ends up being I'm waiting for them to take my order... and waiting....and now the car that ordered $42 worth of food just went in front of me. So I hollar "hello did you stop taking orders over here?" And the cashier is like "hello!" And I said "ok you are just sitting there huh, can you take my order I've been waiting 20 minutes between both lanes?" She goes silent... I'm thinking yeah knew I should've stopped at hello! But it's really hard when every restaurant you go to today has these hateful gross children working in them. I knew whomever was working that lane would get an attitude the minute I questioned their work ethic! Because it's literally that common these days at all fast food restaurants! You complain or question these employees at these places and it's like you started a gang war. Anyway I said to her, "Thank you for being predictable and acting exactly the way I knew you would staying in character of most fast food servers today." My son says "dang momma is always a phychic when she pulls up to these bad side of town fast food restaurants!" I just drove off and said son this is why we stay to our side of town & we never give ghetto people a chance to prove us wrong... because 9 times out of 10 they won't, these areas are poor & broken for good reason because the people don't know how to be unique and less predictable. It's sad really, and all we want is good food, hot food and to get service from someone who doesn't act like their customers made them...
Read moreIf I could give a lower rating I would! This place has horrible service! My husband and I went through the drive through. Part of our order was two OJs (I heard him ask for two). He paid at the first window, but was handed one OJ from the second window. When he said he asked for two, the person at the window pointed out that he only paid for one. He said OK, but that we needed two, and he asked if he could buy another one. He was told that there was no register at the window and that he would have to leave the window, drive around the building and get back in the drive through line. Now, please understand, that our food had not yet even arrived at the window. So for them to ring up another OJ would not have increased the time we were in the line. We went back and forth with that employee about why she couldn't handle this simple request (that the other employee got wrong in the first place). When we got nowhere with her, we asked to speak to a manger who repeated the same nonsense and proceeded to get an attitude with us and say that we needed to move our car. Initially my husband said he would not move until someone rang up our order for another OJ. The manager threatened and began to call the police!!! Is this how McDonald's treats customers?!?! Ridiculous!!!! When we asked her for the district managers name and store number she gave us a bogus store number and said that there was no manager and pitched a Styrofoam cup out the window and said we could call the 1800 number on the cup and slammed the window shut in my husband's face. We did call the corporate office and to date have received no response from the store. We will not go back, so if they don't mind losing business they should continue to let their employees treat...
Read moreThe wait in the drive thru was terrible. 25-30min ex. It's called "fast food" not screeching halt stop food. But it's to be expected with this being 1 of the worst McDonald's I know of....but unfortunately it's the closest 1 to us....I wish I could post a - star....wife just went to McDonald's 4705 e 10th, Indianapolis, Indiana this morning 2/23/19 @ 10:30am. STILL -STAR. WORST MCDONALD'S IN INDIANAPOLIS!!!...She went thru drive thru & was told to pull up in waiting area with several other cars. Finally after watching employee go to 3 other cars with our order. They explained to her that they had ran out of bagels & asked to substitute the bagel.....after an hour of waiting. She then went inside to get a refund only to find several customers upset about getting there food. Yelling, shoving, cussing not only customers complaining but 1 female employee says out loud that, "I over this F@#$ing Sh!t." What a great customer experience McDonald's! I've reported this McDonald's several times to cooperate & I request to have a representative call me back or email. I get nothing! It obvious to me McDonald's doesnt really care about their customers. Cause it seems to fall on deaf ears. She got her refund & didn't get ANY breakfast at all. Nice. There's another hour that this McDonald's has taking from our lives that we will never get back. Glad to see McDonald's cares....NOT!!! F@#$ THIS...
