DO NOT COME GO THIS MCDONALDS- RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!
Every single time I come to THIS McDonalds and trust me it's been many, my order is wrong ! I pay for extra things or pay to have my food or drinks a certain way and although I pay I still do not get it that way! Then they argue with me every single damn time! What happened to "The customer is always right?" Well it sure isn't anything this generation knows anything about and would rather argue and be disrespectful!! I go in to report the issue and two young girls standing with their phone in their hand as someone was standing ready to order in front of me! When I finally was waited on the manager was rude then! I order a Mocha Frappe with extra extra choc drizzle at bottom of the cup and not on the side of the cup. Never fails guess where it's at?? You the manager tells me we can't do that? Now your really making me mad because your telling me you don't want to! How does the choc get on the sides? He said, We do it! I said then you can very well put it at the bottom the way I've hade it made the past 9 years when I started drinking them! Just like many other McDonald's will do when I ask! The problem is when I tell the one taking my order to be sure to let the ones know who is making it that I want it at the bottom of the cup- I DONT THINK SHE IS DOING HER JOB! So 9/10 if I'm not in a hurry I make them remake it! I don't mind holding the line up to get what I paid for!! That is just one of the things the never get right! I always feel rushed when I order and the attitude of the employees- the young ones is pure unprofessional. But that manager needs not to be most definitely- hands down- without a doubt! Not sure of his name White man with glasses! He actually looked over and seen the phones in the two girls hands and act like it was no biggie. The sure thought it was funny him telling me he don't fix my drink the way I want it! So he is a bit of a comedian as well!

I choose McDonald’s every blue moon because this very reason here… I made a purchase for scrambled eggs with cheese, a hash brown, and apple slices around the holidays so of course I was busy and on the go. Once at my destination I noticed that I was missing an item and it looked as if someone balled up my cheese and placed it next to the eggs ontop of not receiving a receipt, so I called. I was told by a male manager that staff would be notified and WHENEVER I had the chance to stop by to have it remade. It was Holliday season and it slipped my mind but I was told “whenever” no time period given and no worries about not having a receipt as I was not given one with my meal. Here we are today and I ask for a reorder and to check with a male manager who’s name I still do not know and a male manager came to the speaker trying to tell me about a group chat and not seeing my name or anything about an egg while speaking fast and slightly aggressive. I never gave my name so I felt as if he told lies to push me by instead of taking accountability for his staff. He mentioned that if it’s past two days I can’t receive anything period so I was confused as to why I was told whenever. So I would just like to let everyone know a fair warning to always receive a receipt at this location because if they make a mistake, they do not care to fix or correct the mistake. Instead, they will lie in your face, steal your money, and cause you irritation in the great risings… Stay blessed and away from this location if you do not like...
Read moreIf I could give this place no stars I would! For lunch time there was no one in line but me and my daughter. No one even said one words to me, not even tell me to hold on that someone would be there to help me. I have worked in serveal restaurants and I was always taught to always let your customers know that we know they are there. No, I stood there forever and watched people clock in and out and just look at me. They didn't bother to ask if I have been helped! They always take care of drive thru first and no one was even near the register. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience there. This time I'm fed up! McDonald's team members need to pull it together and actually work together as a team! Let your customers know that they are there even if you are beyond busy! Make a small effort of saying sorry we will be right with you, whether your working at the window, the fries, or making a sandwich. So rude! I'm shocked that owners, management, and whom ever is running there businesses this way! I understand that things can be hard on the workers, I understand that there are times for under staffing is a problem, but this is not the only store that has this problem! Pull it together considering your one of the number one fast food places in the US. Your putting your company to shame. I left and went to Burger King and always got great derive from them even when the employees was not getting along, they made effort to make sure I was taken care of in the middle of a heated moment.
