McDonald's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I sat in the Drive-Thru for over 20 minutes I ordered two McChickens, two McDoubles, sweet tea with no ice, and a strawberry lemonade, and two strawberry cream pies. I say that she hated me when I drinks there was ice in the tea, I handed it back she said sorry have the wrong one. Then she proceeded to have me a drink that clearly was not strawberry lemonade slushie, I handed it back she gave me another one. Saturday to be a few minutes for my food. Then they proceeded to hand me a box of 10 piece chicken nuggets and two orders of fries. Once again I said this is not what I ordered. I said I need to speak to a manager. The manager comes and says what was your order, I proceeded to tell her exactly what I ordered. She said do you have a receipt. No I do not have a receipt they did not give me a receipt but look at your board you know what I ordered. So they said okay we got your order right handed me the bag once again I look down inside the bag I ended up having too big Mac's, two plain cheeseburgers, and two apple pies once I ordered the bag when I got home. For one I'm highly allergic to apples.so I will never ever ever go back to this store again. You have 15 people on the floor and you cannot get one order right. So I feel like they need to give me a gift card, for my grandchildren that do eat McDonald's. But never again at...

You'd think after the first or second bad visit I'd stop coming here but I guess not.

Every time I come here, I'm disappointed. The lobby is never clean. Especially lately there's been mud everywhere. They always take forever to come to the counter. They're usually polite when they do but people aren't supposed to be waiting 10+ minutes.

The drive-through is equally lacking. They always mess up my order. I'm either missing something or the food is old and trash. Today was kind of a last straw for me. I got two McDoubles. The buns were hard. The meat was old and crispy. Whoever wrapped them must have learned their trade in the Leaning Tower of Pisa because they were rough.

Also, for kickers, my brother put in an application there a few weeks ago. You know, because they have "HIRING" painted in big old letters on their window. They let him schedule an interview with them. Made him wait 20 minutes before they acknowledged him, then told him they aren't hiring.

I'm honestly kind of disgusted by how they treated him and their lack of professionalism in general. I've had food and interactions with employees from franchises far better than this. It's kind of sad that this is a...

I very rarely eat fast food...but when i do i expect good costumer service.tht is not wat i got the other morning when i went there around 515am.i went thru the drive thru when i pulled upto the window a lady asked me if i wanted a coke i gave her a look cuz i didnt kno y she was askin me tht which was nice of her but instead of giving me a chance to answer she very rudely told me to pull forward and shuts the window...so ant 3 to 5 mins later she comes out with my food and i asked her if she would get me some jelly.so she goes and gets it and when she came bak she says "next time ask when ur at the window"so i simply replied "next time have my food ready at the window and u wouldnt have to go back and get condiments."not to mention i did apologize for making her walk bak in there.but thts her job right..anyways if im gonna get attitude along with a meal thts i had to sit and wait for then i wont b eating there when i do decide to...
