Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Penn Station is my go to sub sandwich restaurant. I normally go to the brownsburg location but was driving past here on my way home. I called in my order when we were 5 minutes away because they are usually pretty fast. They told me a 15-20 minute wait. When we get there, all 4 employees are sitting on their phones with no customers and no one is making sandwiches. I tell them i'm here for a pick up order to which they tell me oh yeah, we haven't started making that yet... We got 3 9in sandwiches and every single one was tiny and $10 each(pictures attatched). We also ordered 2 large fries and i watched the employees put already made fries back into the fryer for a few seconds before bagging them. They were hard and disgusting. When I called the store to recieve money back they told me they can put me on a credit list for 1 free sandwich. I informed them all 3 sandwiches were tiny and was told all the bread comes in the same size. Eventually they told me I'd be put on a list for 3 credit sandwiches. However I'd rather have my money back and not have to come back to this location. The bathrooms are also disgusting and both toilets...

Just got in from a flight into IND and this place is on our way to our G-KIDS house. So, we stopped in for a quick bite. I have to say this place is outrageously expensive for what you get, ESPECIALLY considering they screwed up BOTH my & my G.F.'s sandwich orders! We both orders sandwiches with the multi grain bread, however both were made on plain white sub rolls.....which I will also add here that the sub rolls here are nothing more than a glorified hot dog bun! They are so small.....well, I've seen hot dog buns actually bigger than the sub rolls here!!! Anyway, besides the messed up order; one small sandwich, one med sandwich, small fry, and 2 small drinks came in at just under $30.00!!!! Wow! We could have had 2 small steak dinners at Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse for that...

Anyone who knows me, knows that Penn Station is one of my favorite restaurants. I have been known to visit at least once at least once a week, But the last couple of times, I have been to this location That is closest to me. Service and quality has went down. They are Short staffed, and it's starting to show. You can not run a restaurant like this with only two people, especially if of them are new. These last couple of times, My sandwiches were put together very sloppy, And with the wrong ingredients. I have 3 Favourite sandwiches I choose from, so something is wrong I know from the 1st bite. For example pickles do not go on the Italian. I hope in the future, They will get back to the service in quality I am used to. Because I have not totally Written them off yet, But...
