I placed my order to which I get the same thing every single time I come only this time they heard my order correctly but the girl did not ring up the two family size fries. They came out to get my credit card and the manager said yes we heard that you ordered the two family size fries but the girl did not charge you for them but now I need your credit card to charge you $11 because it's $11 worth of food if you want the 2 family size fries. Promptly said so I have to pay for something because you guys messed up? I said does that make sense to you that I have to pay for your mistake? She stood there like my head popped off my shoulders I said that's a hard question isn't it. After she rang up my credit card for the $11 she came back to my car without my food. I promptly said to the manager where's my food given the fact that I've now been waiting 20 minutes. She said to me well we have to wait for the fries to cook because every time we have family size fries we have to place two more orders to be cooked I said good are you going to make the rest of my meal again cuz it will be cold? Again she stood there next to my car like my head popped off my shoulders. Then it registered and she said what would you like me to remake it again? I said yes because it will be cold by the time you bring it all out to me since now I've been waiting in my car for 25 minutes because you guys screwed up. I am 55 years old and I dress I grew up in a whole different time and era where people really paid attention to what we were doing and we had to work hard for everything that we wanted. Read moreTerrible!! We spent $50 here for 2 people to eat that we could've spent at a sit-down restaurant. What did we get for $50? We ordered ahead for a curbside pick-up at 430. We arrived at 425 and checked in for curbside. It didn't ask what space number we were in, but said we would be out with your food. We finally went in at 445 to see what was going on. It took over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us, we asked about our order, and they pointed to the pick-up shelf where our food was just sitting. The food was cold, not presentable, nor tasted good. Our chili was not supreme like we ordered and paid for. I went back in and told them that after 5 minutes of them all just looking at me before somebody mumbled, "Can I help you?" I told them it was supposed to be supreme, so she just got in the frig and handed me a cup of cheese, onions, and a pack of sour cream and walked off. There was a line from the drive thru of people waiting on their food. No curbside being taken out. A lady was saying she found a metal bead in her shake. The dining room looked a mess. Rude, inattentive staff. Disorganized and slow service. This location USED to be great, but it has gone WAY downhill. I'm not sure if I'll ever come back. Terrible Terrible...

The larger lady behind the counter slides the mixers across the counter and looks at me… I say is that mine and she says yep.. I said I also had some curds so she looks at the slip turns around and yells at the guy in the back” where’s my family curds!” Dude yells back we already sent it the Polly just tryna git free food” I said excuse me?! I’ve literally been standing at the counter the whole time. Not sure here I would put a family size cheese curds but whatever. The lady yells back “well he aint gottem”. He repeats that I’m trying to get free food AGAIN… one young gentleman in the front is the only one that looks embarrassed but he looks new with no authority. The larger lady finally looks in the corner and yells “foundem” and continues to jaw with the guy in back and finally I say can u just hand them to me so I can get out of this place. With no apology she hands me the bag and I leave. I should have gotten names but I was so mad I didn’t want to go off so I just left.
