Haven't ordered papa John's in over 7 years, their bttr better ingredients better pizza never proved itself to me, myself been a reluctant customer of pizza hut forever until 2020 when being treated like a human is now a thing of the past, and have been getting below acceptable service and food so I quit pizza hut. we spend upwards 50.00 week on pizza.After seeing papa john repeated bacon pizza commercials on a streaming site I just joined thru an unbeatable promotion..I decided it was perfect timing to try them out...I never tip before I see what I'm paying for and this time I tipped 5.00 and paid a 4.00 delivery fee first which brought my order to 54.00...i received it in good time..I did not get my beverage.so I called the store and was offered a free beverage on a later date or have it sent out I requested it be sent out sense it isn't free and it supposed to be with my meal. I then go to see the pizzas which is way over cooked.. burnt..dry and dark dark brown on top and bottom..the juicy bacon on the commercial and beautiful crust is not what we were handed..I got dry crispy bacon on top over cooked crust.it was not good .the stuffed crust pizza was also dry and it very over cooked.why get stuff crust inside dry over cooked crust...the cheese poppers was all over cooked.it almost seems deliberate. I don't find it funny that u take my hard earned money so lightly..this shud never be an issue anywhere..thanks for overly poor first impression on me being a returning customer. we are just another number in there work day. Not REAL PEOPLE spending Real money for our REAL DINNER...i expect to be treated like a human ordering dinner for a human.i paid for it not some dog being thrown scraps.. Horrible. Waited 1.5 hours/2xs in 1 week. Pizza got "taken" 3 times by doordash but yet I didn't get anything and when I did it made my family physically sick.
I didnt get any plates, napkins, or parm packets I requested.
Dont order here. Order pizza hut or domino's. Done with this location 110%.
2 MONTHS AGO I didnt want to cook today because my grandmother passed away. Todays order WAS SO BAD! I am DONE ordering from this location.
Pizzas were sloppily made and thrown together. (Not the 1st time) I didnt get any plates, napkins, or parm packets I requested.
Had my driver call me to add a tip on the card I paid with as it showed $0.00 when MY tips are paid in cash. I dont tip on card. I called to speak to a manager and after explaining what happened they just said I'll talk to them. Unsympathetic sorry no care about me THEIR CUSTOMER! NOTHING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT?!?!
Plus the driver tossed my food on the porch...knocked 5 times super loudly (as I had a kiddo sleeping which they were woken up no thanks to the driver) as the tip was already on the porch and there was no need for contact.
They were both rude and inconsiderate. Worst experience and on such a poor day of grievance! All I wanted was to get dinner for my family who is grieving the loss of their grandmother.

Read moreThe worse customer service I’ve ever experienced tonight from this location. I ordered three papa bowls 2 Italian Trio and then be customized bowl. The first problem is there is no meatballs on the Italian Trio and the second issue I s the bowls are not full. I called the store to complain about my order I spoke with a lady name Caitlyn and told her there was no meatballs on my bowls. So they replaced my order. Now the second order comes and the cycle repeats itself again no meatballs and the bowls are not full see below. This time I asked to speak to a manager and I get a guy name Nate and I asked him what’s the deal with the meatballs why aren’t they in my bowl he tells me the meatballs are shredded and that they shred all of their meats when it’s a low supply. Ummm sir why I wasn’t told that the first time I called and complained at least I would’ve known that unacceptable customer service. I requested a refund and was denied a refund I spent over $30 dollars and I EXPECT for my order to be right along with great customer service. I’m a frequent customer that orders on a regular from this location they can pull my order history no lie. I’ve never had to complain but this is ridiculous poor customer service.
