This place is incredible! The food is so good. I got a Berry peanut bowl. I am gluten free and they reassured me it would be 100% gluten-free and allergy friendly. They were out of gluten-free granola so I got almonds instead. The staff was very reassuring for my allergy in making me feel safe. I feel like the bowl part of the menu needs explained more though. I didn't realize the bottom would be a smoothie and the toppings portion were what was on top. I also was most sad there was no small tables to sit and enjoy my fruit bowl with a friend. We sat in the car outside, which is fine, just not ideal, obviously. There are no dine-in options really and I think this place would thrive withe some!

Light skin guy with dreads was very nice. Assisted me on how to become a member. I couldn’t remember a smoothie I got when they had a food truck but he was attentive and helped me get it again. Was made fresh. Place is amazing and smells and looks clean. I will definitely be back . Today was my first time coming to the franchise. Keep up the good work guys

I can’t tell you how much I love this place. I found Pure-Trition about 7 months ago on my journey downtown and constantly find myself coming back. I live nearly 30 minutes away and it’s worth the drive every single time. The people are always friendly and I have yet to find somewhere with smoothie bowls that taste as good!

I only rated a 4 star because of the rude Asian guy. I went in at 5:32 pm, I wanted to turn back around simply because I could sense he was upset due to a customer coming in 30 minutes before closing. He stepped up no words so I just went on ahead and placed my order “ I would like to have a berry açaí bowl” he rolled his eyes , so that’s when what I felt when I came in the restaurant became true he said “ WHAT FLAVOR” already said berry and instead of the chocolate drizzle I would like to have peanut drizzle. This man said nothing else WALKED AWAY didn’t ask if I had an account didn’t tell me how much my pay was. Just walked away . So I waited and another gentleman came up and I said I would like to pay and I told him the guy who taken my order didn’t say anything. I paid got my bowl and left. One thing for certain 2 fr sure I will be back because I go regularly I have 2500 points there . I do believe in Good customer service and I’ve never had one issue at any time going inside this place. I love this place I drive 20 minutes to come here because it’s PURE Ingredients! To keep myself and any other customers coming back PLEASE INSTRUCT THE WORKERS TO PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! You never know who you will loose as a GOOD...

If I ever complain about anything, it's service, bcuz products are hit or miss & that inconvenience can be reconciled. I just returned from a 2-week business trip to India and just needed a reset, so I decided to support a local, black- owned business I'd heard about. I placed $150 online juice order a day before my return and scheduled pickup. I arrived early so I could also order a smoothie, but once I provided my info for the pickup, no record was found. Although everyone was pleasant, I don't recall an apology. It also would have been a nice gesture to offer to try something while I waited for my order to be prepared or at least offer a discount on the sizeable purchase. Once my order was ready, my total came to $175! When I inquired about the price difference, I was told it was due to taxes. I've only tried 1 juice so far and it wasn't bad, but I don't foresee my return since I could have gone to any number of similar businesses and received better service with fewer hiccups...

First time here and I was super excited because I’ve heard so many good things about this place. The first impression was underwhelming. I placed a order ahead of time and went to pick it up. I walked in and the owner looked me right in the eye and said nothing. There was no “hey, welcome in” or “how are you doing today?” They were a bit busy so I sat and waited to be serviced. A woman walks in and fails to ask anybody if they were waiting before she jumps in line and the owner services her without acknowledging the fact that I was there well before her. The smoothies were delicious but the service is what stands out to me. And being that this was my first encounter I can’t say that I would...
