i went through the drive thru and i was asked by the employee to wait (not a problem but when they come back to me i expect it is my turn for their undivided attention) i ordered two sandwiches, one at a time, i was asked to repeat the order and i did... when i returned home the sandwiches were wrong... i called the subway and asked to speak with the manager.... the person i spoke with identified himself as the "night manager" i told him about the sandwich error and he said come back to the store and we will give you some more... he made no apology and did not even sound concerned... i proceeded to let him know that it should not be an assumed part of my experience that i should just come back and get replacements if my sandwiches are wrong... he happily told me that he would take my name and i could come the next day.... again i tried to get the young man to understand that this should not just be "expected"... our conversation lasted for 3 minutes and he told me he didnt have time to argue listen to me complain about my sandwiches being wrong... the next day i called and asked to speak to the manager and i was told she wouldnt be in until 10pm that evening.... i left my name and phone number for a return call.... and there was no return call.... i called the following night at 9:55pm and was told she was unavailable... i asked when she would be available and they told me the next day at noon... i asked how long she would be there because you can see the set up coming for why she wont be able to talk to me and they told me that information was unavailable.... really... the staff does not know how long the manager will be there... i will get this resolved but subway wont see me there again after it is.... if this is the way it is with subway now... jared fogle should run the next time their sales slump makes them try to bring him back again...
in fairness... i should add that eventually a person contacted me regarding my experience at this particular subway... they were profusely apologetic and offered free replacement meals... on the day that i went to retrieve my restitution the same person i had such a difficult time was there... he waited on me... he instantly recognized me from the previous contact and began to explain a series of things that had gone wrong just prior to my arrival... given the explanation i would be willing to chalk up my experience to a bad day (we all have those) but if you look at enough of the other reviews they appear to have a lot of "bad days"

I went to the drive-thru and asked for 4 meals. and I clearly told the guy, I don't want any of them toasted, just warm or heat up the meat. Asked for Tuna on wheat bread... after taking my order, the guy said what kind of meat? I said ask for tuna, tuna it's the meat. When I arrived at home all my meals were cold, they didn't warm up the meat. I Know (Tuna it's cold), but the rest were cold, I know the difference when they warm the meats. And for all the other Subway locations, Not everyone like their subs toasted, I've been at many locations in many cities in the US and even outside, they all assume we all like toasted subs, they put the meat on the sandwiches without asking you. I have to tell them, I don't like toasted, just heat it up the meat., usually they get mad, I can see their face gestures. It's not my fault the company don't do good training to their employees. I like this kind of fast food, just needs more attention...
Read moreI went to subway last night around 9:40 pm...for me and my sister...20 minutes until closing...went straight to speaker to sit in drive though for 5 minutes no response...so went to window where I placed an order...my sister wanted Roast beef and Ham salad...pepper cheese..all veggies except peppers...I ordered a toasted 6 inch Steak..Cheese and bacon on Herb and Cheese bread.. extra meats... When I got home checked our food.... Sister had turkey.. no roast beef.. or ham... And no pepper cheese... My sandwich was not toasted...had no bacon.. or extra meat... and my cheese bread was burnt on top...like it stayed in oven to long...We both love subway...and have visited this location many times...can you say we were extremely disappointed... I know I got there a little before closing... But come on people you don't close until 10:00pm... So at least get our orders correct... We were still...
