Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indianapolis

The manager at this taco bell is the worst person ive ever met and im the type person who gets along with everyone i meet. She intentionally singled me out of a group of people i was meeting their one afternoon and she asked sent ine of her teenage employees over to ask me not to come back ever again or she would have me arrested for loitering. For one its a establishment where you go to spend time with friends and or famiky enjoying a meal and i not correct. I was doing nithing wring except taking to long for her obviously and their were a few high school kids hanging around to use the WIFI but they offer free WIFI so that dosent seem quite right either. So anyways she is to much of a coward to come tell me herself. So no i give this taco bell a big 1 star it is not being ran by the right minded person who it needs and its sad to cause this is the neighborhood that i grew up in i hate to see it being ran like this she realky needs to be fired she is not friendly at all to anyone for that matter and i also have noticed and also heard rumors that she is dating one of her teenage employees its very sad to watch a grown woman use and pkay in the emotions of a teenage boy when she should be dating a man. Their is a word for this type of a person i think its a PEDOPHILE. So please if you have any children working at this establishment please pay attention and be mindful when your on the premises. I hope that the person telling me this information was wrong i realky do but i could nit live with myself if i didnt say anything and something bad were to happen to someone else's child. This is the most unprofessional, pathetically lazy, worthless, inefficient, and rude group of employees I have ever known of. I sat at the menu board to order for 12 minutes towards the end I was blowing my horn and they never acknowledged me. It was 1:15 am they are supposed to close at 2:00am. I pulled to the drive thru window and can hear loud rap music and racially provacative language( the n word almost constantly) I even pulled out my phone and recorded for about a minute you can hear the music in the background the employees would walk by the window and look at me and laugh and not even acknowledge that I was there 45 minutes before they were supposed to close. The other taco bells near by told me to Google corporate. I certainly am. Every employee should lose their job. sometimes they tell people at night that it's going to be a 10 or 15 minute wait because they're in the middle of a shift change and they walk out back and smoke weed. if there's not a district manager or regional manager held accountable for the certain horrible performance of this location then why would this be allowed to continue? while I was sitting at the menu board I've tried to call the store a few times and they ignored the phone calls. I went to the other Taco Bell further west on Washington they were quick friendly and very apologetic for what had happened. I'll make the further drive to that Taco Bell instead of ever going to...

I'm a pretty patient person, the restaurant drive thru was busy so I went inside... Big mistake! The young man taking orders had no personality, spoke so softly you could barely hear him, but he got the orders correct! I know the drive thru is timed & the dining room isn't there were 2 people ahead of me inside. I arrived at 4:33 PM I walked out with my order at 4:57 almost 30 minutes. Both individuals asked for a refund & were assured their order was being completed, each watched as a drive thru order was handed out ahead of theirs... Finally I had an order handed to me, surprise not my order! It belonged to a drive thru customer! Another 5 minutes & they were bagging an order, I told the staff if that was another drive thru order they could just give me a refund, it was actually mine... The guy on the end of the line was extremely apologetic to each of us, but he was the last guy on the line, so he could only bag what came down the line to him... The drive thru staff is generally very friendly & the service is speedy fast compared to the dining room, but every customer should feel that their are equally important. We visit restaurants like Taco Bell for FAST service whether we go through the drive thru, eat in the dining room, or carry out. Not a good...
