Taylor's Pub & Grill at Greenbriar — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Let me start by saying., I am utterly disgusted by the way this establishment handles hostility. When I was working for Taylor's Pub., I didn't have as many issues. This complaint has two parts., the first of which involves Kristine who looked into another's checkout book on a tab that wasnt even mine., I was called late to join them. The tab I guess it didn't have a tip or whatever I wouldn't know as I just said it wasn't my tab. Very disturbing., if i was a normal patron would this have happened? A rumor was started about how Kristine would confront me about the tab. I have came and had drinks with Ryan gave him what I had once I seen one of my friends not even pay the complete tab. Jesse knows i give him what i have as well.Last night I went to your Taylors after work Luke ignored me for like 5 minutes i got a beer from the server Adi..Jess a former worker approached me adter like 5 more minutes and asked me would i be tipping or does she need to buy me a drink., she also proceeded to laugh and say everyone says i don't tip and she has Homies i should worry about. I told her i do tip after she asked me whens the last time i tipped. And began to clap and say good job. Mind you this is a the bar top and regulars were there to witness this.Mind you this is on YOUR PROPERTY. Is there any integrity here. Luke being the lead that night., smirked and allowed this behavior. To go on. Are you aware this is hostile behavior? Are you still condoning your team member and ex team members to treat people to act in this disgusting manner. Sir I will tell you this is a case., you should handle it as a complaint first but if people are not held accountable for their actions I will warn you I will file harassment and your establishments will be mentioned. Im not sure if Clint knows about this ongoing behavior. Being in the service industry we have our ups and downs.,I know for a fact I tip and i should be treated as anyone else. I have the right to defend myself as well., no one I mean no one tells me what to do with what I earn and how much I tip. Period. Do you tip...

Great spot for good drinks and delicious food!

EDIT- 1 week later: I will never return to this joke of a bar after my best friend and I were harrassed by staff. 2 drinks, 2 games of pool, and 15 dollars later in their juke box of OUR MONEY WE SPENT, our Waiter brought the wrong drink but kindly told me to keep it. About an hour later a random bartender comes to take my drink ,I tell her its not trash and im still drinking it ,but she argues with me that I'm not supposed to have it,and that shes "Going to throw it away anyways" and still proceeds to take my drink from me. I Contacted the Owner Kyle the next day ,he argued that he knew the"real story"and hung up on me as I was explaining my concern,but was nowhere in sight when his employee came over and tried to bully me and caused a commotion that quickly escalated ,and should have never happened!! I will make a conscious effort to never spend another penny in this place,not even if the penny was given to me. Customer service is absolutely disgusting and rude. Golden tee machine was brand new and already had a broken ball. Food was mediocre at best. 3 people standing behind the bar, not sure the other two were even doing anything because they certainly weren't waiting on anyone. Wasn't busy in there either and service was slow. The shredded roast beef sandwich I had was so dry it desperately needed something other than the dry pub pretzels they served with it. Yea let's put something even more dry with this dish. Could have used more cheese on the sandwich which came on sliced white bread. Not like the pics I saw on the site. It was pretty bad and definitely needs an au jus so you don't have to choke it down. Highly disappointed in this establishment and will not return. Wondering how this place has so many locations and staying afloat. Maybe send a secret shopper to...
