I have been going to this location for years, but Unfortunately, doubt I will return. Even though the services were fine, there is one woman there was insulted me on multiple occasions. She always tries to upsell the service that she is doing! For example, I know exactly what pedicure I want. She always tries to tell me I need something more. She has also told me on more than one occasion that I need to wax my brows or lip. My final straw was that I realize they were in intentionally doing services I did not ask for. I have noticed on more than one occasion that While my services are always the same, my total bounces around a lot. Then, on my most recent visit, this happened: I almost always ask for a gel polish change, not a manicure. I do this on purpose for my own reasons. Previously, I have questioned why we ended up doing manicures. I figured maybe I just had not communicated that correctly or that it was not relayed when I made the appointment. But no, last time, I made my appointment for a color change like I always do. The woman asked if we were doing a manicure and I said, āno, just a polish change.ā I had already confirmed this vocally when I walked in the door. While at her seat, I made sure to confirm that we were only doing a polish change multiple times. Then, when I got to the register, I knew exactly how much I was supposed to pay. Sure enough, she charged me for a manicure. I asked her, so wait, we did do a manicure? And she looked at me dumbfounded, and said, āyeah!ā To be honest, I am not totally familiar with what the differences between a simple polish change and a manicure, and Iām not going to not pay for a service I received. The more I thought about it though, the more frustrated I got. I called back and the owner tried to tell me it was a misunderstanding. I really donāt know where the misunderstanding could be. Ā Ā Ā Read morePretty disappointed today. Iāve been coming to this salon for a while now. At least a year and a half consistently. I will mention Kelly always does a GREAT job and is one of the best, good attention to detail, takes her time, perfectionist.
But my nail broke yesterday. So today I got to the nail shop before it opened so I could quickly get my nail fixed because I have to catch a flight in 3 hours.
The one time I come in needing my nail urgently fixed. And Brian the Owner said āhe canāt make any promisesā because there are other appointments scheduled for this morning.
The frustrating part is that every single appointment I have ever made, I ALWAYS have to wait. Sometimes up to 45 minutes. And I always just wait patiently, without complaining, And the one time I need help, he didnāt seem to care much. Which shows that being a patient and consistent customer really doesnāt matter.
So apart from my broken nail, I saw that other peopleās appointments are on time and that great, but everytime I go, I always have to sit and wait way past my appointment time and sometimes they even stop in the middle of nails to go to tend to others. I donāt feel like a...

Mind you, I always frequent this salon and choose an upgraded pedicure option. After making the decision to get a basic pedicure her attitude went cold. She remove me from the water, put lotion on my legs and feet and started polishing my toes, completely leaving out the pumice. I complained to the owner, they offered to redo the pedicure (nice offer) but as I stated earlier, I didnāt have time. We set an appt for the following week. I didnāt go back though because what I decided really want is a refund. I donāt want to spend a single dime with people who are unappreciative nor should I have to allot time out of another day for a redo. The job shouldāve been done right and done right HAPPILY the first time. These services are not a necessity, we CHOOSE to have these luxury services done for relaxation purposes.
