So I've come here for years. I've seen it slowly get worse. Drinks are pretty good normally. But the service this night was AWFUL. I had asked for my 18 month old sons food to come ASAP to keep him calm. Husband was half done w his plate before we got his tortillas for his meal. I specifically asked my other sons asada tacos PLAIN. Just tortilla and meat. Came out and had cilantro and onions. 2nd time out came w cheese. He didn't even eat them all as he doesn't like it w cheese. My plate I ordered the chimichanga. A quesadilla came out. I told the server that's not what we ordered I even was poi6it out on the menu when ordering. She was saying this is what you ordered. I said that is not the chimichanga. It took the manager telling her it wasn't correct. After another 10 mins I told her to just put in a to go box as little guy was done and tired by this time. I had half and while it was in the Togo container. She never apologized and I asked for the manager at that point. She took off my meal and the babies. My family and I went here to celebrate my birthday. I was super excited about the place opening but I was very disappointed in our visit. When I first walked in there was no one at the register I waited about 5 minutes before the manager came up. I even asked a server how to get on the wait list and his answer was I don't know I don't work up here. He never tried to help me out. Once we got sat they sat us (a table of 9) at a small table thar only sat 6. My husband and one of my boys had to stand until the table next to us left. It took 20 mins for someone to take our drink order. We only got refills 1 time in the 2 1/2 hours we were there. My sister ordered a drink from the bar and a hour later we had to ask if she could get it because no one ever got it for her. When the food came out not a single order was correct. 1 person in our group never even ended up with the correct order she just ate what they gave her because it took 2 hours after sitting down to even get food. It was a terrible experience and we only stayed because I really wanted to try the food and if it had not been for my birthday we would have went...

Glowing smiles, family-oriented, high standards for customer service. I tell you this is the place to be every weekend or any night of the week! I went recently after seeing their beautiful red and white sign which caught my attention on 86th street. It was bright and welcoming just like the family that it represents. I ordered tamales with rice and beans, a raspberry margarita that was out of this world. Everything they serve packs a full zest of flavor. Absolutely amazing!! I have dined there 4 times since I found out about them a few weeks ago. Great job!!! It is truly like family when you enter. Keep it up!!!
