For a fast food (Express) Japanese hibachi and sushi restaurant, this works. I’d take it to go.

The sushi was very good, and it tasted phenomenal, we used forks for our sushi, but went through 2 of the forks because they snapped when we put the slight bit of pressure, the water was good for my preferences, but for people who don't want a lemony taste in their water, maybe add a separate water thing with no lemons, the staff was great and it felt like the staff truly cared about our experience, hope to see more people come here, and hopefully with more business the atmosphere can feel more "cozy". Very excited to have a restaurant in town that serves fresh made-to-order sushi and hot plates. We had the crab rangoons, spicy tuna roll, and steak & noodle plate. It was all fantastic. My husband and I wanted to try a little of everything so we split the noodle plate. The server had the kitchen split it for us into two plates to make it easier to share. I can’t wait to go back!
