My realtor was horrible. I felt like she worked for the people buying my house more than she worked for myself. I felt like I was pushed out of my home earlier than I wanted to be. Prices that were quoted did not match up with what I ended up selling the home for in fact, there was almost a $12000 difference. I was told I could come back and get my hay that I left in the barn as I couldn’t fit it all on that day and the new homeowners delivered my hay to my old neighbors but only took nine bales down there and I had 28 bales, so they kept over half of my property, they were pushy and kept trying to get into the home before any type of paperwork was signed.. I had to fight with the new homeowners to transfer the electric bill to their name it is December and I didn’t want to shut it off in the cold. my electric company had to reach out to the realtor to contact the homeowners because the realtor would only communicate with me through Facebook Messenger, and after paperwork was signed and I wasn’t happy. She blocked me not very professional, Sandy Dezel . I would not recommend this company when I didn’t want to sign paperwork because I wasn’t happy with the closing price. I was pretty much threatened and bullied to sign said paperwork and given a half an hour timeframe to make up my mind.. I fired Sandy twice and she refused to give me back the deed to my house or to acknowledge the fact that I didn’t want her working for me anymore. First time ever selling a house and it was a nightmare. I surely hope that’s not how things will go in the future if I ever sell again. Realtor was so lazy. She didn’t even pick up the realtor sign out of the yard, nor did she place signs on any main highway around me so if you didn’t drive down my gravel Road or see it for sale on online, you would’ve never...
