Del Taco — Restaurant in Indio

I'm at the Del in La Quinta! They do get a lot of things right here,but they struggle in a few areas. Number 1 is today! I ordered a Double Del Combo meal #16. That comes with cheese, except they are out of cheese. This is the dryest burger I have ever had and with no cheese will almost go into the trash but I need to eat...very disappointing. Your bathroom situation is and always has been a problem. There are times when it is not open and it is the outside type which means your employees leave their post and have to meet me outside very difficult and in today's world, this place is living in the 50.s. the burger was thrown out!:no way I can eat this!!!

They do have the music on and that is something I can't say about your other locations Jerry! The only 2 Del's that have music consistently on is Palm Desert by Deep Canyon and this location The Dillon location had turned theirs off and same with Washington and 111. The employees seem to be able to do what they want with music and that is not play it.

So my experience today is very poor and unacceptable!!

Tonight I had a very bad experience at this del taco. I was in line waiting at the speaker over 20min just to get my order taken .Never once did they say can u give me a moment or I'll be right with u. I wasn't able to order , I asked if he was ready , no answer I asked again still no answer. I told my wife maybe they are under staff.which I understand because I am a manager next door at Mc Donald's and it is always packed. I went to the window and waited another 3min. A lady came to the window and asked what my order was I explained I waited over 20min and I thought maybe something had happened or was understand. She apologized and was going to take my order 2 men rush up and said I can not order and needed to wait I explained again I did and that I just wanted 2 things he said no shut the door. Another man came and was yelling at us and said to get out and move I explained I just want 2 thing he said no I asked for there names and "jose" told me his but not the others. Absolutely the worst del taco I've ever been to The french fries were soggy The chicken tenders were cold and the deluxe taco salad we ordered the chips were so limp. The service was extremely slow. I live 5 minutes away and there's no way the food could have gotten in that condition in 5 minutes I think they pre-made everything because they have a lack of staff but it was so far pre-made that it was almost in the edge of being bad by the time we got it I will never eat at that store again and I suggest you don't either. Update; we took the food back and we were treated like it was all our fault. My roommate took one bite and said it tasted Awful. No refund or replacement of food was offered.
