Had the worst customer service! I ordered a volcano and the lady who was there told me that the nacho cheese was going to take 5 minutes to be ready in which I was ok with. After 20 minutes I see the other girl giving nacho cheese on someone's order but I still hadn't gotten my volcano ( mind you I was the very first to order than anyone else) when I finally recieved my order I made another order of strawberries and cream. A little longer I leave with my order I paid $25 for a volcano and a small strawberries and cream. I get home and as I was taking the first bites out of the volcano I see there is NO nacho cheese. I called and it took me 5 tries if not more until someone answered the phone. I told them my situation and their reply was we can give you the nacho cheese if you come back. I was already home and 20 minutes away so I didn't want to return for nacho cheese that I waited more than 20 minutes! The lady told me the only other option was she'd give me a 15 percent discount on another item if I would to return and order another day but she couldnt give me a refund. The volcano itself is $15! So she told me if you come back I can make you a new one so I decided to go back. When I arrived and took them the volcano back they told me they didn't have no more corn that they would refund me the money! They made me drive 20 minutes for something they knew they were running out?! This was no more than half an hour apart so it's not like I took 5 hours to go. I ordered at 5:30 pm and left the place at 6 got home and went back a little before 7 it's ridiculous. The only thing the girl said was well I'm closest to the manager so that's all you get. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PLACE TO GO...

I’ve been meaning to review this place for years, finally I’m giving this awesome Mexican Dessert spot the love they deserve! The last 10 times I’ve stopped by with my family, ALL the employees treat us LIKE FAMILY!!! I can’t complain about a single thing, it’s always clean, smells good, and most importantly the raspados, smoothies, mangonadas are my Go to and made with so much love and TLC. I will update my review with photos of just how good these drinks/desserts look. Above all my family’s and I favorite thing about this place is how kind and friendly all the employees are, they really care about how your experience goes and if you like your desserts custom, they will go above and beyond to make your taste buds smile. 10/10 I love this place and recommend it as they are open pretty late compared to most places, especially if you get out of work later and have a goofy case of the munchies lol. When in town I’ll usually stop by for a watermelon Agua it’s very good however this one older lady I believe she’s a manager appeared to be rude or having a bad day today 06-04-23 @1148am I was the only customer in the store I asked for the watermelon drink a.k.a. aqua watermelon she let me know that she doesn’t usually make that she sales what is moving and that’s a special request. I never knew that, I usually see my drink be blended in the front of the store. This lady always blends it in the back of the store her energy is off. She appears to be upset or angry .I left today without buying anything. Really disappointed because the other employees are kind and helpful.
