I was craving Matcha while in the area and came across this spot—it did not disappoint. I ordered their iced Matcha latte, and what really stood out was the option to choose your own syrup. The syrups are house-made (confirmed by staff and even noted on the menu), which is a really nice touch. I went with Madagascar vanilla and swapped the milk for oat milk—perfect if you’re lactose intolerant, vegan, or just prefer plant-based milk. I got the regular 16 oz size, and the flavor balance was on point. The vanilla added a touch of sweetness without overpowering the drink, the oat milk was creamy and smooth, and the Matcha had just the right strength—neither too bitter nor overly sweet. If you're someone who prefers a more traditional, earthy Matcha, this might not be your go-to. But if you like a lightly sweetened, well-balanced take on it, this place is a gem. They also offer small pastries, though I didn’t try any this time. The shop doesn’t have indoor seating, but they do have a couple of small tables outside. It’s definitely more of a grab-and-go spot. Parking can be a little tricky—there’s limited parking in their lot, but there is free street parking nearby. Customer service was great. I was greeted right away and acknowledged even though they were busy making drinks, which I really appreciated. The space was clean, and the overall vibe was welcoming. I’ll absolutely be back next time I’m in the area—either for the Matcha again or to try something new...
Read moreIn town for our 5th wedding anniversary and came across this gem thanks to fellow Yelp reviewers. I’ve been having to take a beat off coffee so I was looking for a coffee spot that had coffee + matcha. I’m glad I read the review that stated you can easily pass this place up if you don’t pay attention. So keep an eye out for this place. It’s in the corner of a small plaza with a few parking spots.
Upon entering there was a bit of a line, which is a good sign. I really appreciated the minimalist decor: clean and modern. Loved the plants, merch and lighted up sign that says “coffee for the people.” The gentleman behind the register was friendly and welcoming. The young lady making the drinks was so kind to answer some questions my MIL had about their matcha and told her she’d replace it if she didn’t like it. My husband ordered an iced oatmilk butterscotch latte and we had two iced matchas with oatmilk and one with a sugar free vanilla syrup (great if you’re watching your sugar intake).
I tasted my husbands latte and it was delicious! I liked that the butterscotch syrup didn’t overtake the taste of the coffee. They use Arcade Roasters which we like. My matcha was perfect! Just the way I like it: ceremonial grade with oatmilk. My MIL is not a matcha fan but wanted to try the matcha so her opinion is invalid in this regard haha.
Great place and I’d definitely return when back in the area. Definitely coming back tomorrow and Monday before we...
Read moreEverbloom was an accidental find for me and an absolute gem of a coffee shop in the desert. It’s pretty unassuming from the outside. But upon entering there were hella people! And based on the demographics I saw, it was a good sign that Everbloom was gonna live up to the 4.9 stars.
Taste: I feel like it’s so hard to find a GOOD cup of coffee nowadays. I got a Honey Lavender Iced Latte w/ oatmilk and it was absolutely delicious. The type of ice they use make a HUGE difference in the longevity of the drink. It’s the crushed/crunchy kind instead of those massive cubes that dilute your drink. I still had a little bit leftover of the latte this morning and damn it was STILL good… 🥲Which is what prompted me to leave this review.
Service: Because of the volume of people waiting for drinks at the store, I was half expecting the staff to be over it and rude to me. And look, I’m willing to deal with rude service for GOOD coffee, but that wasn’t the case here at all! I was pleasantly surprised that the baristas here were actually really respectful and helpful. And they were QUICK. I don’t remember waiting in line ridiculous long, despite the line. Looked like this was the norm for them.
Anyways, I stand by what I said on how hard it is to find good coffee nowadays. And this place is an hour trek from me but if I ever crave GOOD coffee where I get to taste and enjoy what I’m paying for, I’d come here again....
