Fatburger & Buffalo's Express — Restaurant in Inglewood

Like Jerry, spent over $35 for a burger, fries, a drink and a shake. But that didn't matter to so-called manager Angelica, who was determined to charge me for a slice of cheese for a mistake that they made. Their model is that you pay extra up front for cheese, etc. and I did so for cheese and bacon. But when I got the burger the cheese wasn't even visible on the burger. Finally after searching for it I saw no slice, only a few "traces" of it that had disintegrated inside of one of the meat patties. Unlike most burger places putting cheese, bacon, etc. on top of the patty, they put theirs just above the bottom bun, go figure. Don't know if that's what caused the missing cheese, but I couldn't taste the little I did see either. The girl who rang my order was nice and willing to bring me the extra slice at no charge after I showed her the burger as "proof". She kept offering to heat the slice up but I just wanted a slice unheated so that it too didn't disintegrate into the burger again. But she came back with the news of Angelica insisting there would be no slice for me unless I paid for it AGAIN. She knew her worker witnessed it but that was not enough; I told her worker to tell her that as a result of this unreasonableness and unfairness and lack of customer service that I was going to give her a bad review. I wasn't expecting someone like her to budge from that because she obviously has issues in her personality, but this review is a result of her still refusing to remedy the situation for a customer who will no longer be customer. I will not be returning for the above reasons, and because the burger was also horrible in taste, crumbled and torn apart, and inedible. So I actually had fries, a drink, and a shake for $35+ dollars. Think of how ironic it is for someone to have to struggle to get cheese on a burger at a place that sells cheeseburgers. Also under the tables was not clean, and all of the fountain drinks were "off" in taste with too much carbonation and not enough sweetener. Seems that Fatburger is one...

I just spent $42 on 4 burgers and 2 fries!!! I came all the way from Tucson Arizon. I been in love with Fatburger since I was a kid. This was the first time I had Fatburger in years but this was the worst meal i have ever received from Fatburger. And to make matters worse my kids and fiance didn't even eat their burgers either. And it was all of their first time trying out Fatburger!!! When my kids turn down food, that's a major problem. They turn down no food. I feel like taking these wasted burgers back and asking the employees how would they like to eat the food they're serving. We opened our bag and went to get the burgers out and the way those burgers were thrown in the bag literally half way wrapped especially during COVID did not sit...

First let’s start with me coming in and seeing the sign they accept EBT but sadly when the Latino men took my order he charged my EBT as a credit card so it did not go through. It was not a problem so I paid cash it came to 60 something bucks with my credit card. I asked for an egg on one of my burger combo’s and chili. When I got home it did not have the egg on the burger and all the burger meals contained just the patty chili cheese and no mayo mustard BBQ sauce nothing for 60 bucks. I called back to let them know the lady asked if I would like to come back to get the egg I’m not driving back for a single egg.
