Took my daughter here for her birthday lunch. We were sat at a booth with a tv to 1 side. My daughter kept looking at the tv when the manager approached us and asked if we needed something. When she stated no, everything was fine, he responded very rudely that he was asking because she kept looking over her shoulder. We got our lunch and dessert came within minutes of receiving our meal. I had ordered the flan and had asked what was in the liquid on top. Again, very rudely I was told "sugar. We had the El jimador fajitas and a torta a carne asada and the steak ranchero. The torta what's good but the fajitas had big chunks of tomatoes that didn't seem to be cooked long enough and just weren't good and the steak ranchero was not even cooked. Located inside an old fast food restaurant, the exterior appearance is not particularly inviting, but inside the decor and atmosphere is warm and attractive. Food has been very good every time we've visited, and prices are reasonable. Located within sight of the Prairie Spirit Trail, with a direct connection to the trail, the restaurant could do a much better job of attracting trail users.
