First, I placed an order at 6:03pm. It wasn't ready until right before I pulled up at 6:45, for a pizza that was supposed to be ready within 12 to 20 minutes. After arriving at the store at 6:45, Jonathan at the register is on the phone. He makes no acknowledgment that I'm standing at the register and I'm the only person in line. He sets the phone down, speaks with another employee, goes back to his phone call, still with no acknowledgment. When he finishes his call, I said to him, how about, "Good afternoon, I'll be right with you," a very simple customer service response. I told him that would be better than just leaving me stand here like an idiot. He changes his tone and says, you ain't gonna call me an idiot. I tell him, I did not, I said you left me standing here like an idiot. I told him, he is not gonna tell me I said something that I did not just because he has no customer service skills. He got louder, I followed suit. His manager came over and I explained the situation. I know, as he doesn't work for me, I cannot request disciplinary action against this associate; I can though request a discount for how I was talked to. So I did. The manager apologized for his worker's action but told me he was unable to provide me a discount as a coupon was already applied to the order. He told me I could just leave with the pizza without paying but that I would be in the wrong if I did. I ended up paying the full total of the order. Thus, Domino's; MAC Pizza Management, Inc; Larry Johnson, the manager; and Jonathan remain the ones in the wrong, offering nothing to correct this issue. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINO'S!    Read moreI walked in and immediately noticed two workers. One was making a pizza and the other had his back turned towards the front door. No one acknowledged my presence or said a word. Their music was blasting with lots of profanity. I waited patiently. Then finally I started yelling, “Excuse me!” Still nothing! The girl making the pizza looked over at me and continued what she was doing. At this point I was livid. Then she looked over again and said, “Give me a minute.” Then she went to the back and then came up front. I told her how I felt and I asked to speak to the manager. The phone rung and then came out the so called manager. After he got off the phone, I explained to him what happened. His response was, “Wel you said she was making a pizza and he doesn’t really know how to help people.” Seriously?! If he can’t help dominos’s Customers then why is he working there?! So then I told him maybe I should’ve just called since they react to the phone ringing. This idiot had the nerve to laugh. Blair is a horrible representation of a store manager and this location and Dominos company period is now at the bottom of my list. Do better...
   Read moreThis is my last order for the Rosharon location. We stopped ordering for a little minute because when we received a wrong order, we called and to let them know, they wouldn't refund us, they sent us the same WRONG order... we were like forget it. The time before this one (a few weeks ago) I ordered a beef thin and a beef hand toss. They both tasted like pork. We don't eat pork and we can definitely tell the difference. We let it go and gave it away. Well today I ordered the same and on the hand toss they put pepperoni. If I didn't know any better Id say they were doing this purposely. We don't want a replacement because at this point we definitely don't trust them and the one time we asked for our money back they wouldn't give it to us. My fault for even giving them second and third chances. This is one of the main reasons we were cooking more at home ... you can't trust these restaurants ... NONE of them. BE CAREFUL!
Update: Called the store and informed them of this and again no partial refund but last time they said no refund at all but okay. They offed me a credit for this store location. Uhh uhh nope NOT...
