Plaza Veracruz — Restaurant in Iowa Falls

We come to this place all the time it is usually a good experience. Tonight however it was not so great,it in fact was terrible. I had to ask the young lady who took our order 3 times for my water. She was unable to provide me with my receipt so I could she how she got to the total she did because I thought we were over charged.every time she tried to ring it in she came to a different total 3 different times none of which I was what I payed . I called and asked to speak with a manager who was not in and she was unable to say when one would be. She the proceeded to tell me it was only 1$ it wasn't a big deal. No complaints from the wife and I. Ate here yesterday, and the whole experience was great. Good food, and lots of it. Very reasonably priced too. Brought us anything we asked for, and checked on us just enough that they weren't obtrusive, but made sure we were happy. We ate at their old location once, and now the new location once...both times deserved 5 stars. Gonna make this a more frequent stop. P.S.- My Margarita had alcohol in it AND salt around the rim. The place is very authentic, with food that will remind you of real Mexican homemade food, food that your abuelita used to make for you in Mexico 😋. It is a real little corner of Mexico, with art and topical Mexican music to enjoy and very family oriented and the costumer service is top of the line. I love everything about the place.
