TLDR version at the bottom, here's the review after being here twice now.
Service: SLOW - almost non existent. We waited about 10 minutes for our initial drink order and to put in appetizers. Spent time chatting and drinking with our table until our drinks were gone, after our drinks were gone it was another 15 minutes before the waitress came back. We were thirsty... Our food arrived before we even ordered another drink. Lots of money lost on tables that want a beer or something more expensive, but simply can't unless we go up to the bar to get more, which we were very close to doing.
Food: Decent at best. I had wings the first time, which were good. The garlic parm sauce is very sub par, but overall didn't mind the wings at all. This time I had a burger, and one of the people I was with had a different burger. I'm not sure if grilling is against the rules there or something, but the burger looked like it was microwaved to cook it. No marks, no flavor of a grill, very salty, and just overall kind of blah for the $15 it cost each of us. For $15 I'd expect it to be at least cooked. My wife got a chicken cordon bleu sandwich. She suggested against me trying it even. Stated the seasoning on it was more italian and belonged on pasta rather than the disgrace that was her sandwich. She ate half, and wouldn't even take the 2nd half of chicken home for leftovers. Again, very expensive for what she got.
Availability: Tables 10/10 availability. Parking lot 2/10. BRING A SMALL VEHICLE. Food: 3/10 - they were out of cheese curds, tenderloins, reubens. Those are the only things WE knew about. Whoever is in charge of ordering needs to get their crap together. It's a saturday night, we even overheard the reuben is a best seller, yet they didn't order enough? They seemed to be out of half their menu as the night went on.
Atmosphere: Enjoyable atmosphere. Lots of seating, lots of games to play, tons of TVs to watch any game you want at any particular time. Long bar top if you're just there to have a drink. 10/10 atmosphere, and I do still want to go back for drinks & to try axe throwing at some point.
TLDR: Great atmosphere, expensive food that is sub-par, terrible staffing, terrible...
Read moreI travel for work so eating out has become a regular part of my life. Today I met some friends at Top Flight and just had to leave a review. Right away we were greeted by our server Taylor, truly the kindest soul. She stated she was fairly new but we wouldn't have noticed. She had a way of making us feel like we were friends she's known for years, making us laugh, and assuring our needs were met. I hope she has a chance to see this and takes pride in knowing her genuine kindness did not go unnoticed. God bless her and her new career! As for the food, we had the buffet and had to order one of the cinnamon roll pancakes after seeing it pass by. Absolutely delicious, hot and fresh. I will be back when I get the chance to try dinner next and will be recommending to friends in the area! Keep up the good work Top...
Read moreDecided to try out the new resturaunt in town. While considering they were new, we gave them the benefit of the doubt after their first full week. While the food taste wasn’t terrible, the experience was horrible. My husband ordered a burger with only tomato, and they brought it out with everything BUT tomato. Not only that, but they brought his food out at least 15 minutes before my burger, that they eventually came and told me they messed up and had to remake. Waitress was new, of course, but did not check in with us a lot. Food was getting sent to wrong tables left & right, but that should be fixed as they settle in to this new routine. Overall, we won’t be back for awhile, if it all, but the menu had a lot of good options & the drink menu...
