I've been going here for many years and usually have a great meal despite minor inconsistencies. Yesterday, however, I found a long black hair in the sour cream. I was halfway through my meal when I found it and let the server know. She took my plate and said she would talk to the manager. She then returned and placed the bill on my Yale and walked away. I was shocked to see that the bill had not been adjusted even though she took half my plate of food and not replaced it or comped it. I went to pay and the manager said I was playing tricks with him and went on to say he doesn't care if he loses me as a customer, adding that I am dishonest and he ask me to remove my hat.. I paid in full and went on my way.
I will never return to this establishment. I never asked for anything but my lunch which I paid for in full yet did not get to eat in full. Then to add insult to injury, he said I am being dishonest and playing tricks.
They obviously don't care about having loyal customers.
Not a single person there wears a hair net and nobody wears gloves.. this is common practice in today's market.

Read moreI normally enjoy my time at Las Flores. This time not so much. I walked 1 hour there and back to get a to-go order and when I opened it, all my tacos were made incorrectly than what I requested. The tacos contained items that were inedible due to the allergies my girlfriend has. After to speaking to a manager, he said the best thing he can do is offer me 20% off because “we both can cut our losses”. How does a customer have to take a loss in order to get the food they paid 60+ dollars for remade correctly? Then to add to it, I was already guaranteed a full refund or to have my food remade free of charge and now I’m being told that that’s not an option.
