Food was edible, but woman working there was very rude. They had shared a picture someone took of their menu on their Facebook page a few days ago so we used that to place our order. When I got home after picking up the order we realized that what we paid versus what was on the menu was very different. So my mother called them to ask about it. The lady working there snapped at her saying they didn't have a menu posted online. When my mother tried to tell them it was on their Facebook page so they could know to take it down and avoid further confusion, the woman got extremely defensive and yelled at my mother, screaming that there was no menu online. They went back and forth a bit, but honestly the whole thing was unnecessary and didn't have to escalate to that level if the woman had only listened to us and been more polite. We had no intentions of causing a problem for them or asking for a refund, but still the woman was quite rude. It was all very upsetting and we won't be going back there again. I had the best experience here. I ordered about 15 pizzas for an event, called the day before and spoke to the owner. He was incredibly friendly, even offered to throw in a couple extra pizzas for free. The pizza was delivered to the event right on time, the person who dropped it off was super friendly. Pizza was delicious! Everyone was happy. I then lost the receipt and had to call back 2 months later and get a copy of it AND get the tax refunded (I work for a tax exempt org) and even though this could have been an annoying request, the person I first spoke to on the phone and then the owner again were just so gracious about getting it to me. I was told about Ipswich House of Pizza several years back. Finally was able to make it there and try it!! I had a Steak Bomb he had a Roast Beef Sub and fries. The steak was so flavorful and the veggies and cooked salami added such a nice flavor. Silly me thinking I could handle a large! There is so much steak and the right amount of veggies and salami! The Fries are amazing and cooked to perfection!! Been back 2 more times!! Oh and the owner and people there are the nicest most genuine people! They treat you like family!!
