Ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra chicken and I got extra chicken outside of the quesadilla as though that was not something that was implied explicitly. I feel like I shouldn't have to say put the extra chicken in the quesadilla that should totally just be implied explicitly. I mean it would be another thing if I requested extra chicken on the side but that still wouldn't make sense because that would be a side order separate from the quesadilla.

Restaurants that hate their customers never do well in the long run. I just don't understand why they would do something like this unless they're just trying to agitate their customers. I mean it is an unfortunate situation it's the only restaurant with that type of food in the town of Ipswich, so if they go out of business because they keep doing this kind of stuff it would be a loss to the town. At the same time you can't just be this hostile to your customers. At this point I now have to debate every time whether I go there or not, if it's worth it or not? Are they going to prepare the food the way that I ask them to or is it just a crapshoot?

I do hope that this is viewed as constructive criticism because again I don't want to see the town lose the restaurant, but at the same time the restaurant needs to have a little bit of self evaluation and determine whether or not this is how they want to be viewed by their customers?
